Bedroom 1 is a large bedroom with a king size bed, television, vanity unit, closet and chest of drawers. Bedroom 2 is another large bedroom with a king size bed which is a zip and link bed and can therefore be used as 2 single twin beds. There is also a sofa bed which can sleep 2 guests. Plus closet space. Bedroom 3 is a very small room with bunk beds, a closet and dressing unit.

This property is within easy walking distance of Reduit Beach with its popular beach bars and restaurants. There is a water sports centre providing rides on inflatables, water skiing/wakeboarding, paddle boarding and sailing. There is a water park at the far end of Reduit Beach. Also within walking distance there are two supermarkets, two duty free shopping malls, local bus stops and taxi ranks. Several good restaurants are along the strip close to this development. The jetty provides pick up points for water taxis. There is a spa in the marina alongside restaurants and cafes. There is a golf course 10 minutes drive away in Cap Estate North of Rodney Bay.

My family and I have spent many memorable holidays on the island. It was a long held dream to buy our own home in St Lucia which we finally did in 2017. We live in North Yorkshire, England with our three children and visit as much as we can. Why Amanda chose Rodney Bay
We bought this property as it's in our ideal location. It's a water-fronted development and only 300 meters from the beach. We enjoy the proximity to the beach bars, restaurants, grocery stores and mall. A rental car is not necessary. I bought the property once all the renovations had been completed and loved the contemporary decor and neutral colour palette. This property has the benefit of being in a gated entrance.
What makes this Villa unique
There are very few 3 bedroom villas for rent this close to the beach and restaurants. There are even fewer furnished to this standard and with a dedicated team including the owner, property manager, housekeeper and groundsmen. The property has ground floor air conditioning which most rental units don't have. Guests like the proximity of the development to the marina and the beach and the private docks are an added bonus. The development retains its Caribbean feel but inside the property has been tastefully upgraded to appeal to a discerning visitor. Once on the island our agent, Anne, will ensure your holiday runs smoothly. We can organise airport pick ups/drop offs, dinner reservations, trips, spa treatments, chefs, Piton mountain hikes etc. Nothing is too much trouble. Once a booking is received, Anne will email you to introduce herself .
