Nestled in the hillside surrounded by lush rainforest, overlooking the blue waters of the famous Marigot Bay in St Lucia, you will find this authentic tropical Caribbean villa with modern amenities, private pool and less than 10 minutes walk to a secluded beach.

A well appointed 4 bedroom villa, suitable for 6-8 people, offering open living space and complete privacy, and a concierge service, at no extra charge, to cater for your every need.

A 3 storey villa with open plan living space on the ground floor, comfortably suiting 6-8 people.
A fully equipped kitchen, lounge with smart tv, and dining area, all opening out onto the veranda where you can enjoy further dining and relaxing.

The inside and outside dining area seats 6 around the tables, with an additional 2 bar stools at the kitchen island. The lounge has one 3 seater, one 2 seater and an armchair.

Upstairs has the master (USA) King suite with en-suite and walk-in wardrobe, and additional veranda to enjoy privacy and relaxation with stunning views.
Two double bedrooms share a jack and jill shower-room, and the basement (USA) King-size bedroom has an en-suite, and opens out onto the pool deck.

Linen and laundry room help make the villa feel like a home from home.
The pool room, outdoor shower and basement toilet provide you with ease of use and comfort of using the pool area.
There are 8 sunloungers with cushions available for use on the pool deck or verandas.

A gated private driveway with security cameras also provide extra security and privacy during your stay.

Villa Kai Bois is a beautiful villa up in the hills with a wonderful view of Marigot Bay. It is modern with loads of amenities. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms modern, kitchen well stocked with all cooking necessities. Exceptional cleanliness Will was responsive to our questions. Agathe and Lucan were helpful during our stay. We were a family of 7 and loved being able to cook with each other and to enjoy our private pool and everyone had lots of space to hang out. We did have cars so we explored St Lucia by driving. We would highly recommend this villa. Loved it.

The villa is extremely spacious and was perfect for our family. All the facilities were excellent, from the downstairs rooms with easy access to the pool, the poolside kitchen and the lovely seated area around the pool, which we used constantly.The main lounge, dining area, and kitchen worked beautifully as open-plan living, with great flow and easy access out onto the surrounding balconies. The upstairs bedrooms were very spacious and had stunning views looking down through the trees towards Marigot Bay.The setting is truly special. We felt completely immersed in a secluded, peaceful rainforest environment, which made the stay feel idyllic and relaxing throughout.The team at Villa Kai Bois looked after us splendidly. A special thank you to Agatha, Lucan, and Will for their kindness, support, and attention during our stay.We would thoroughly recommend this villa to others and would very happily return. Tim Murphy

We are an English couple who recently bought the property and have spent time and money to modernise the villa whilst keeping its rustic charm, from late 2025 it has been ready for others to enjoy it too.

Why they chose this property

St Lucia is a stunning country with a delightful mixture of beaches and the rain forest. Friendly locals, and many local delights to enjoy from fish and seafood to the locally made chocolate and rum!

What makes this property unique

The villa was built with sustainability and Caribbean authenticity in mind whilst enjoying amazing views and total privacy. Now modernised to enjoy the benefits of air conditioning in the bedrooms, it stills has the charm of the open plan living space and sea breeze.
