Amazing condo!

We loved our 2 week stay at this beautiful, well equipped condo. The ocean view was stunning. The small pool and grounds were kept in immaculate shape daily. Property management on site were very attentive and efficient. We will return for another relaxing stay!

Wow this is beautiful

North of Troncones by 5-10 mins and “Nerea” so quite and tranquil. It was perfect, private little cove/beach, two little restaurants 5min walk close by on the beach. Thanks to Jessica Mngr & host wonderful😎We’d stay here again!

Serene Getaway

This was our second stay here. It is in a quiet hamlet with real Mexican people and their animals. The accommodations are new and well provisioned especially for folks like us who like cooking and eating at home, lovely small pool, on the ocean with a walking beach very near. The manager is very friendly and responds to needs immediately with a smile! Very clean and well kept throughout. A fabulous place!

Beachfront property

This 2-bdrm apartment perfectly suited our needs for a quiet beachfront vacation with 2 baths and comfortable living room spaces, a balcony overlooking the pool, and the Majahua neighborhood with restaurants, small tiendas for the basics and combi vans for getting into Troncones. The long beach was perfect for early morning walks.

Beautiful, Peaceful, & Beach Front Views

Awesome location, great stay with family, it was as pictured, with awesome views, and made us feel so relaxing. Jesica was a awesome host, greeted us very kindly, made us feel very safe, and at home. Great communications with app, and host. Food store shopping, and great dinning at walking distance. Awesome beach walk also at a walking distance. Hoping to be back at the same location next vacation.

Relax to the max

We loved our laidback stay. The apartment was appropriately sized for our family of 4 (two teenagers and parents). The area is very quiet with little activity. The beach isn’t ideal for water activities, but a suitable beach is close by. Sitting on the deck or at the beach in hammocks while looking out at the ocean is divine.

Fantastic stay

Awesome location, beautiful condo, well stocked kitchen with everything you'd need. Beautiful private beachfront setting, nice pool, condo/balcony positioned perfectly for sunset viewing. Restaurants within walking distance. We got a little worried when we didn't get check-in details and couldn't reach the mgr. just a day before we were to arrive (that's why only 4 star rating for communicaiton), but after that hiccup all went great. highly recommend.:-)

Lovely Stay

We were very surprised how far out of Troncones this rental is. However, Sandy’s taxi was always available as needed. The view is amazing! The short walk to the beach bars just right. We ate at Antonio’s often. The condo itself was lovely. The decor was nice and we made use of our terrace all the time. The pool was greatly appreciated. We had some special needs as far as linens and towels and Jessica handled it beautifully. Oscar was very willing to bring us water as needed and Pati is a very efficient housekeeper. NEREA should be very proud of the team. Thank you for everything.

Beautiful condo/location

We loved the decor, master bedroom has amazing view to wake up to. patio comfortable. Air conditioning nice in the bedrooms. pool small but good for dipping. Beach good for shells, swimming only good for strong swimmers but a 5 minute walk to an amazing swimming beach. Kitchen well equipped, blender, micro, good dishes. Utensils, sharp knife set. Suggestion: toss the scratched Tfal pots and pans and add mixing bowls.

We didn’t hear from the host until the day of our check in even though I had reached out 3 days prior to arrival. The property only has AC in the bedrooms, and it makes it very difficult to enjoy your stay when it’s 90degrees outside and inside especially when you are cooking.The listing shows 3 bathrooms and there’s only two, there’s no where to do your laundry. The primary bedroom AC unit leaked and it splashed water on our faces and did not cool enough.

Beautiful, clean, open & airy

We were so taken by our beautiful apartment. It was exactly as depicted - and perhaps even better. We had a lovely second story 2BR/2BA facing the ocean with a deck facing the ocean. The decor was lovely, the vibe was exactly as we hoped for. Jesica messaged me in advance, greeted us at the building, provided clear guidance and recommendations. There were beach towels and beach bags for use in the unit, which was incredibly helpful. We would absolutely return. It was my first time to Troncones so as such, I'll provide some things that I learned. 1. It should be noted that on VRBO the map / property location shows this as being in the heart of Troncones. That is not accurate. When I received the address a few days before travel, I discovered this property was a bit farther north than expected. This mattered to us because we were there for a wedding and had hoped to be able to regularly walk to the wedding hotel. Nonetheless, we were still incredibly happy with the property and with our stay, and adapted by taking taxis (which were mostly easy to come by). This property is closer to Manzanillo beach. 2. I was hoping we could buy provisions for breakfast and snacks. There aren't a ton of options - mostly packaged food. We did end up buying some milk and granola in Troncones - and fruit from a fruit truck. 3. There are some fun and good restaurant options in Manzanillo, all within walking distance. Again, highly recommend this property! A true favorite.
