This property is managed by Larihome in the name and on behalf of the owner, Sciascia Michael - Samlali Hajar, by virtue of a mandate with representation.



Casa Laricola is a newly renovated apartment on the second floor, where you can relax without any disturb, in the center of the village of Gravedona, at less than 400 meters from the lake, reachable in a few minutes on foot.



Within about 400 meters you can find all the services you will need (supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy).



You can choose whether to live your holidays always around to discover every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, or alternate it with days of complete relax staying at home!



The accommodation has a complete kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, espresso machine and long coffee machine; you can have lunch and dinner directly on the very spacious kitchen island!



To complete the living area we find a large sofa and a Smart TV.



The bathroom, also completely modernized, has a toilet, sink, shower and bidet.



The bedroom has been divided into two separate spaces with a glass wall, and in the two bedrooms we find a double bed and a bunk bed. Each bedroom also has its own wardrobe.





Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary linen for the beds and towels for the bathroom.



Don\'t worry if you run out of clothes or spill something on your favorite shirt. We have a washing machine ready to solve the problem!

During the check-in will be required an amount of € 150,00 as a deposit. The bail will be fully refunded at the check-out, after a check to verify that the apartment has not been damaged.



The house is heated with a stove. The pellet is not included in the price, it can be purchased in a shop near the apartment or requested directly from us.
