Little terraced house on the green hills above Salò - Blue House

This lovely little terraced house (by Heart of Garda) on the hills above Salò is part of a peaceful residence with a great swimming pool and surrounded by a luxuriant vegetation.
The house stands on three floors composed in this way:
-kitchen with a furnished terrace from which you can have a meal enjoying a suggestive sight and a bathroom
-two bedrooms (one of this has its own little bathroom) and a small private garden
-a third little bedroom in a open-plan attic
2 private car parks.
Free wifi.

POSITION: The complex stands in a elegant residential zone on the hills above Salò reachable via a winding road. Salò is 7 km far.
The nearest supermarket is 4 km far, while the nearest restaurant 2 km. Car is necessary.

BEDROOMS: The three bedrooms have these characteristics:
- one is in the open plan garret
- one with its own bathroom is areated by a window "at the mouth of the wolf"
- the third one opens into the garden.

BATHROOMS: The main bathroom has a bath (that can be used as a shower), the second little bathroom a shower.

AIR CODITIONING: It is in the open plan attic (it cools also the living-area).
While the other downstairs bedrooms don't need of airconditioning, because their position in the house keep them fresh.

POOL: a large swimming-pool shared only with the other guests/owner of the residence.
Four private sun loungers are provided.
