Villa Melias, brand new luxury villa with amazing view-400m from the beach!

Villa Melias is located on the eastern coast of Lefkada in the quiet village of Perigiali just 5 minutes’ drive from the village of Nydri, one of the most popular destinations on the island. It was built in the winter of 2022 and offers a wonderful view of the bay of Nydri and its several small islands called Prigiponisia (Scorpios, Scorpidi, Madouri, Heloni, Sparti and Meganisi).



Villa Melias is a two-storey building that combines the quality of a seaside accommodation with all the comforts of a fully furnished house and a modern design with respect to the traditional style. In particular, the upper floor has two bedrooms each of them having a double bed, a private bathroom as well as a veranda blessed with a spectacular view.



On the ground floor you can find a large living room with a single sofa-bed and a fully equipped kitchen along with a dining room. The ground floor also consists of two amazing verandas.

Villa Melias does not have a swimming pool but the closest beach (Pasa Beach) is only 400 meters from the villa, accessible on foot. We would thoroughly recommend this house for families, honeymooners or just as an exceptional holiday villa for 2!
