Centrally located 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex with on-site parking and stunning sea views over Porthmister Beach, from both the lounge and master bedroom. Terrazzo comprises 2 of the 3 stories of a grade 2 listed 1850s Captains House.
All of St Ives' golden sandy beaches are within a short walking distance, along with the many excellent restaurants, bars and tourist attractions that the family friendly town has to offer.

Terrazzo is a well-proportioned 1850s Captains House. The building is grade 2 listed, with many of the original features maintained. There are radiators in every room, and combi-boiler hot water on demand.
The lounge, with stunning views of Porthmister Beach, has smart TV, two sofas and original fireplace (not in use).
The kitchen is large and well-equipped with dishwasher, washer drier, combi microwave, 4 ring electric hob, oven and Nespresso coffee machine, and includes a dining table with 4 chairs.
The master bedroom has a double bed, and smart TV, with panoramic views of Porthmister Beach. The second bedroom is to the rear, with 2 single beds.
There are 2 bathrooms, the main bathroom is on the lower floor, comprising shower over bath. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room.

Free on-site parking is included. Local towns and attractions are easily accessible by car.
The train station is less than 100 yards, providing a twice hourly service to Carbis Bay, Lelant and St Erth, which has direct trains to London Paddington.
The bus station is 50 yards, providing flexible travel around Cornwall, and open top bus tours.

Lovely holiday

Great property with lovely views. Everything provided, very clean and all queries sorted quickly. Only criticism is it by a road people will race up in the evening. Definitely stay there again.

Wonderful time in St Ives

4 walking women rounded off a week’s hike on the South West Coast Path with a fabulous stay at this flat in St Ives. It is just beautiful!! Clean, comfortable, seaside views to die for. Just across the road from the beach, and a 2 minute walk into the centre of the village. Our host was super helpful and replied promptly to all questions. I would go back there in a heartbeat!! 👍👍👍👍👍
