Located in the St. Nicholas Court building that sits to the side of The Island and Porthmeor Beach, it is superbly positioned for holidays by a beach and within short walking distance of the town and restaurants. This apartment comes with parking for one car in a shared garage.

The apartment is on the second storey of the building accessed via two flights of external steps. The kitchen (on the ground floor) is well-equipped with an induction hob, integrated electric oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer, washer/ dryer and dishwasher. There is a toaster and coffee machine also. There are ample kitchen utensils and crockery and cooking pans for a family to feel home from home. The dining table seats four comfortably and has stupendous sea views. On the ground floor is one of the bathrooms with a shower, WC, wash basin, towel radiator and wash basin. The king size bedroom is on the ground floor and has a built-in wardrobe, mirror, electric radiator, bedside table and Smart TV.

On the 1st floor, you will find the living room with sofa and armchair as well as a Smart TV. Patio doors lead out onto the small terrace with picnic bench and extensive views onto Porthmeor Beach. The second bedroom is also on the 1st floor and has a double bed pushed up to the wall on three sides, a wardrobe, a bedside table and a Smart TV.
