A newly refurbished, classically styled apartment located a quick hop, skip and a jump away from the idealistic Porthminster Beach.

This fantastic apartment is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, open planned living/kitchen/dining area with easy access to a large gated communal courtyard area (trust us, its a perfect little suntrap!)
Includes its own parking located a 2 minute walk from the apartment. This parking space is only suitable for small/medium cars as it is located next to a wall. Please feel free to ask more about parking if need be.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, washing machine and eco oven with electric hobs as well as all of the cooking essentials you need to dish up some home cooked goods
Living/dining area: Open plan living/kitchen area/dining area with luxury velvet 3 seater sofa, smart tv with NETFLIX and all catch up channels. Dining area situated in the right hand corner with 4 dining chairs and bookshelf.
Bedroom 1: King sized classic styled bed with tall window. 2 bedside tables and vintage style wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: Single day bed, a variety of prints from a few small designers, 1 bedside table and a dusty blue vintage wardrobe.
Bathroom: Complete with bath/shower, WC and sink, wall and sink cabinet as well as an airing cupboard.
