Villa Manolia

illa Manolia is a beautiful traditional holiday house located at the village of Prines which is just 5km away from the town of Rethymnon.

The Villa is designed to offer magnificent views of the area ( sea view and mountain view), the sky and the Cretan agriculture.
It lies on a large property, which has its private entrance(private parking place) and is surrounded by trees and beautiful gardens with many Mediterranean flowers on the outskirt of Prines, near the north coast of Crete. All materials used to construct and furnish Villa Manolia are natural and eco friendly.

A freshwater pool, with sun lounges and parasols and a wonderful sea view provide a refreshment on hot summer days.Around the swimming pool there are generously constructed terraces.
The pool is suitable for 10 persons (40sq.m) .
Viila Manolia is built in tree floors.
The Villa is furnished tastefully and comfortable, built in 2002, approx. 300 square meters, 5 bedrooms in the midst of a well-tended lawn- and garden property.
The heightened ground floor has direct exit to partly covered patio (approx. 70 square meters) with access to the swimming pool . Also at this level there is also the living/dining room, direct Open kitchen with electric stove, fume hood, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, new NESPRESSO coffee machine and dishwasher. Direct access to the barbeque area from the kitchen .There is also one bedroom with double bed. Anteroom (big built-in closet with safe), bathroom with tub and toilet.
At the first floor: there is :1 bedroom with 1 double bed, balcony. Own bathroom with tub and toilet. 1 bedroom with a double bed and direct exit to the patio (approx. 20 square meters) with a great sea view. Own bathroom with shower and toilet. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, balcony. Own bathroom with shower and toilet.
At the Basement there is : 1 bedroom with double bed, own bathroom with shower and toilet. Fitness room with fitness equipment and a table tennis. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Lumber-room with washer, ironing board and iron.
From 2017 all our mattresses are COCO MAT,designed to offer you relaxing, comfortable sleep, Coco Mat mattresses are made of natural materials which are stacked in multiple layers. No metal springs are used.
