The Ground floor Grooms apartment comprises 1 bedroom with king size bed and one with two single beds. There is an open plan lounge with fully fitted kitchen, breakfast bar and dining area . The apartment is dog friendly and also has a large private balcony/patio with a suite of garden furniture. It also boasts the best views of the beautiful gardens and the forest beyond.

A Tastefully furnished ground floor apartment with fully fitted kitchen, bathroom with power shower and a large private balcony/patio. Fully refurbished in 2021, there are panoramic views across the valley to the Forest of Dean and distant views of the southern Cotswold hills. Dogs are welcome and you are free to roam around the landscaped gardens or sit, enjoy the views and relax at one of the many seating areas.

The Forest of Dean is an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and has wonderful walking, mountain biking and cycle paths to suit all abilities, and Visitor Attractions such as Dean Forest Steam Railway, Go Ape, Puzzlewood to name but a few. Golfing, fishing, canoeing and riding will all be found in the local area. The racecourses of Chepstow and Cheltenham are within easy reach. The market towns of Monmouth, Ross on Wye, Chepstow and Abergavenny are host to food and literary festivals year round.
