Comfortable and great views from the beach shack.

Comfortable and great views from the beach shack. Just needs to be cleaned better with attention to detail. Blinds were very dusty in the living room and curtains were quite stained. Needs redecorating really. We would visit again though

Due to having a back problem, the settee was uncomfortable.

Due to having a back problem, the settee was uncomfortable. However when we reported this to Reception a Supervisor from House Keeping went out of her way to find extra settee cushions to help make it more comfortable which we really appreciated.

There was a problem with the heating not being hot enough.

There was a problem with the heating not being hot enough. Reported in the evening and fixed the next morning. (I think a customer had been messing with the boiler settings, so not the fault of the site) The ‘Tintagel shack’ is lovely. 2nd stay in one of these.
