Located on Koper Bay, the villa with garden offers an ideal retreat for discovering Slovenia as well as the nearby coasts of Croatia and Italy.
The house is located in a quiet area. Furthermore, being on the edge of the city, it is easy to leave it for those who want to visit the surrounding area. In just 1h 30 min, you can reach several very interesting cities due to their cultural heritage such as Venice, Ljubljana, Pula Opatija or Piran. Many natural sites and parks are also easily accessible, such as the Sečovlje salt fields, the Postojna and Škocjanske jame caves or the Soča river valley.
The town of Koper, accessible on foot, was the capital of the Istria region during the Venetian era. It was located on an island and connected to land via a road. The Lion Castle was located in its center. There are many houses, palaces, parks, streets and fountains built during the Romanesque, Gothic, Baroque and Renaissance periods. The city offers cultural events throughout the year.
There are two beaches within walking distance of the house, one in Koper and the other in Žusterna, a 10-minute walk away.

There are two beaches that we recommend to those who want to admire the natural wonders of Slovenia.
During colder periods, visitors can enjoy the thermal waters. Spa centers and swimming pools in Žusterna are within walking distance.

The supermarket, pharmacy, bar and pizzeria are just 4 minutes walk from the house. In addition, the local market offers local vegetables as well as fresh fish, caught by local fishermen. It is also very close (10 minutes).

The region is known for its good food, wine and olive oil. There are many places where you can eat delicious food, from the typical small restaurant to more sophisticated places.

The apartment is located on the ground floor. The two bedrooms, raised, have a view of the garden as well as the bay from one of the bedrooms. The house has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with a dining area. There is also an area for eating outside, under a kiwi pergola. Another terrace in front of the house offers a wonderful view of Koper Bay and Gravisi Castle. Private parking is located at the front of the property.

You can smoke outside on the balcony and on the terrace.
The television is in English. Wifi is free. The house is also equipped with air conditioning and heating.

This was the perfect place in a wonderful part of the world. To top it off, our host saved us by driving us to the train station in Treiste when I booked a Sunday reservation without understanding the cross-border bus from Koper to Treiste does not run on Sunday.

Garden apartment part of family home. Majda is friendly host with lots of local information. Twenty minute walk into Koper old town which at the time of our visit had lots of events going on. Local beaches a bit limited but easy drive to more attractive options. Plenty of things to see and do in the area, far more than we could do in one week

Hallo in die unbekannte Runde,also...die Wohnung ist natürlich kein Lager, sondern sehr sauber, praktisch eingerichtet mit mehreren kleinen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich.Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief super, es gab immer sehr zeitnah Antworten und vor Ort auch viele Informationen. Wir haben von da aus viele kleine Ausflüge unternommen nach Triest, Izola mit einem schattigen Strand und Piran - von daher das Wort "Basislager". Claudia

Sauber und komfortabel

Sehr saubere Unterkunft, alles neu bzw nicht alt, zum wohlfühlen. Die bequemsten Betten und Bettdecken die wir in einer Ferienwohnung je hatten, das ist sehr viel wert. Die kleinere Wohnung im selben Haus haben wir auch bewohnt, neu und sehr gut gemacht auf kleinem Raum. Für vier war sie uns aber zu eng. Zu zweit toll.

Summerfeeling im Herbst

Wir wurden von Majda herzlich empfangen (Blumen, Kräuter, Kakis aus dem Garten, Flasche Wein) und mit ganz vielen Infos über Koper und mögliche Ziele in der Umgebung versorgt. Der Garten ist ein kleines Paradies (mehrere Sitzecken, eine mit Blick auf's Meer, eine unter einer schattigen Kiwi-Pergola), die Wohnung großzügig und neu eingerichtet. Der Ort Koper ist fußläufig zu erreichen (20 Min.) und gut überschaubar; viele Möglichkeiten, gut zu essen. Majda war immer wieder mal da und hat sich erkundigt oder frische Kakis vor die Tür gestellt. Wir hatten super Wetter für Ende Oktober: 20-23°C, Wasser 20°C. Wir haben den Sommer verlängert! Zum Abschied gab's nochmals eine Tüte Kakis zum Mitnehmen. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Majda! Wir werden diese Unterkunft in unserer Familie und bei Freunden und Bekannten weiter empfehlen.

Gelungener Urlaub in Koper

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat uns viele Tipps und Informationsmaterial hinsichtlich Ausflügen und Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben. Die Gartenterrasse war wunderschön, manchmal aufgrund der schwülwarmen Witterung etwas mückenreich. Aber es gab ja auch noch den Sitzplatz vor dem Haus mit Blick auf den Hafen von Koper. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. In weniger als 15 Minuten erreichten wir die Strandpromenade. Es war ein schöner Urlaub.

Excellent séjour dans un lieu très agréable à proximité de chouettes lieux touristiques.

Très chouette appartement, bien agencé et très propre. Accueil excellent et personnalisé par Majda et ses parents : Majda conseille les visites, les restaurants, donne des trucs et astuces pour les visites : Top ! Wundervolle Woche in Koper

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche in Koper. Die Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen, die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit und hatte viele gute Tipps. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt, aber alles inklusive Badestrand war fußläufig erreichbar. Wir fühlten uns jederzeit sehr sehr wohl und wollen unbedingt wieder kommen.

Urlaub zum genießen !!!

Zu allererst einen lieben Dank an die Gastgeberin. Kurz zusammengefasst: sehr herzlich, immer ansprechbar und mit guten Tipps für Ausflugsziele und Restaurants in Koper, der näheren Umgebung, bis einschließlich Triest !!! Alles sehr sauber, ein kleiner aber gemütlicher Außenbereich direkt vor der Eingangstür und nicht zu vergessen - insbesondere bei den Temperaturen - eine funktionierende Klimaanlage. Aus unserer Sicht - vier Erwachsene zwischen 19 und 61 - sehr empfehlenswert !!! An Badeschuhe sollte man denken oder vor Ort kaufen. Es sind halt "Steinstände", aber auch kleine Kinder können gut ins Wasser gehen.

Außenanlage Mangelhaft. Liegeplätze und Liegewiese keine vorhanden. Zwei Liegen, davon eine kaputt und mangelhaft repariert. Terrasse nicht in Wohnbereich integriert. Beschriebene Aussicht war durch gegenüberliegendes Haus eingeschränkt. Wohnzimmer nicht vorhanden. Im ersten Schlafzimmer dienten zwei Hocker als Nachtschränke. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer waren überhaupt keine vorhanden. Als Dusche gab es nur eine Handdusche. Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus war schwer zu erreichen. (leichte Schräglage, uneben). Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage, Betten waren sehr gut. Vermieterin war sehr freundlich.

Ruhig und familiär

Am Rand von Koper gelegen mit Blick über den Hafen. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Für Partyurlauber nicht geeignet, sondern für Menschen, die Ruhe und mediterane Atmosphäre suchen, ohne Hightechansprüche zu haben. Der Garten wird von den Eltern der Vermieterin bewirtschaftet, auf der kleinen Terrasse kann man lesen oder arbeiten, sollte aber seine eigenen Liegestühle dabei haben.

Fröhliche, sonnige Tage in Koper

Es war ein sehr schönes Aufenthalt bei dem Familienhaus in Koper. Die Besitzer sind freundlich, nett und mit offenem Herz. Die Zimmer waren sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet, vor der Tür hat die grüne Terrasse immer nach raus gerufen. Das Meer kann man in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Koper

Uns hat die Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und von der Lage ein toller Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der slowenischen Adria. Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfreich mit Ausflugstipps und auch die Kommunikation mit ihr war einfach und unkompliziert.

Fedt ophold

Super bolig men der er ikke havudsigt fra lejligheden eller en altan som man ellers kunne forestille sig, når man ser billederne i annoncen. Majda er så nem og god at kommunikere med. Køkkenet er virkelig godt udstyret og kan bestemt bruges til at lave god mad.

Eenvoudig appartement

Het appartement is gelegen in een buitenwijk van Koper. In de omgeving hebben we geen andere toeristen gezien tijdens ons verblijf. Het appartement is eenvoudig en enigszins verouderd. De foto van het terras op de website klopt niet met de werkelijkheid. Deze is genomen van op het verdiep van de eigenaars die boven het verhuurappartement wonen. Zelf heb je geen zicht op zee. Het appartement is een goede uitvalbasis om de streek te verkennen. Onze oprechte dank aan gastvrouw Majda om ons uitleg te geven over goede restaurantjes in de buurt, bezienswaardigheden in de streek enzovoort.

Wir hatten zwei schöne Urlaubswochen in Slowenien erlebt. Die Ferienwohnung entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen. Es war alles vorhanden, was man so in einer Ferienwohnung erwartet und benötigt. Alles war sehr sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Der Parkplatz direkt am Haus hat uns gefallen. Die Gastgeber waren uns gegenüber sehr freundlich und haben uns wertvolle touristische Informationen gegeben. Slowenien ist ein modernes Land, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Menschen waren uns gegenüber zuvorkommend und freundlich. In Koper funktioniert der innerstädtische Busverkehr hervorragend. Selbst die Elektrobusse kann man kostenfrei nutzen. Insgesamt können wir einschätzen, dass Slowenien für Badeurlauber und Wandersleute ein schönes Reiseland ist.

Alles sehr schön und ordentlich, total nette Vermieter und sehr hilfsbereit:)

Die Wohnung ist schön und sehr liebevoll ausgestattet. Leider fehlt der Meerblick vom Zimmer, aber sobald man vor die Türe geht hat man diesen Blick vom Bild. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so benötigt und der Weg zum Meer ist wunderbar zu Fuß zu erreichen;) Vielen Dank es war traumhaft schön.
