An old development badly needing upgrading. Infestation of ants, bedroom too small, terrible beds and sfa bed v uncomfortable to sit on We paid for 4.5 weeks but could only stay 3 as it was so bad having to spray to kill ants every night and then wipe down every morning. I am still awaiting a refund for the 9 nights. Location was brilliant. Such a pity!

Nie mehr Fewo-direkt !!!Wir freuten uns auf 6 schöne Tage auf Gran Canaria und dann das :(Die Kommunikation vor Reiseantritt mit dem Vermieter und auch mit fewo-direkt hat nicht funktioniert.Bei der Anreise erhielten wir die Info, dass für uns kein Appartment reserviert sei. Im Nachgang wurde gemeldet, dass es wohl einen Wasserschaden gab. Ich denke eher, dass das Appartment überbucht war, denn an der Rezeption wusste niemand etwas davon.Also waren wir obdachlos auf Gran Canaria.2 Nächte haben wir Unterschlupf bei Freunden gefunden, wo wir aus dem Koffer gelebt und auf der Couch geschlafen haben, bis wir dann endlich für die restlichen 4 Nächte privat ein Appartment 4 km entfernt gefunden haben. Fewo-direkt hat uns keine alternative Unterkunft angeboten. Man bot uns lediglich an einen Ausgleich zu zahlen, wenn wir ein teureres Appartment finden würden. Wir waren zwei Tage damit beschäftigt eine Unterkunft zu finden und hatten 0,0 Erholung. Im Nachgang war man nicht bereit eine Entschädigung zu zahlen, stattdessen reitete man auf Paragraphen herum.Der Support am Telefon, aber auch im Nachgang war eine absolute Katastrophe.Ehrlicherweise konnten wir "Sauberkeit des Objekts", "Genauigkeit des Online-Inserats" nicht beurteilen, aber ich musste etwas angeben, damit unsere Bewertung versendet werden konnte.Nie mehr Fewo-direkt !!!
