We have your total four seasons get away solution with our comfortably furnished and fully equipped 1226 sq. ft. two-bedroom condo with stunning mountain top views from our third floor unit situated at 4000' in the Wintergreen Resort. Summer comfort with temperatures averaging 10 degrees cooler and minimal humidity. Stay busy while you enjoy hiking, golfing, tennis, skiing, swimming and so much more! Or, relax in comfortable surroundings while you view the Rockfish & Shenandoah Valleys. Weekly & monthly rates available!

Our guests have access to the Stoney Creek Golf Course, Chestnut Springs Pool area and Rodes Farm Park (pool & tennis court). The Wintergarden Spa is open to the public for spa treatments. FYI, some years ago, the Resort eliminated access to the Devils Knob area amenities and the aquatics center for guests staying at non-Resort-managed properties.

We hope you will enjoy our home away from home as much as we do. We are a Coast Guard family that retired in Arlington, VA after a thirty-five-year career. We own a consulting company, principally serving clients in maritime telecommunications and electronic systems. Lucky for us our two daughters and most of our grandchildren are near.

In seeking a second home for work and play, we wanted a peaceful place in rural VA with great scenery and much to do for us and our families. With Wintergreen, we found it all. The Wintergreen web site and other parts of this will show lots of year-round activities, and it’s especially kid friendly. Our grandkids visit “Grammy’s Mountain” frequently and love every minute with activities on and off the mountain; the go-cart track in Waynesboro is a special favorite of kids for all ages.

Our guests consistently mention the wonderful views of the valley, and we agree! Our building is very quiet. Once you close the door, you can leave the world behind!
