In the heart of Genoa, elegant apartment of about 40 square meters, ideal for smartworkers, tourists and families, able to accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the 4th floor (lift) of a refined stately building, it has a strategic position a few steps from Genova Brignole station, the seafront, the historic center and the very central piazza De Ferrari and via XX Settembre, one of the main streets of Genoa full of shops and restaurants.

The apartment is organized as follows:

- LIVING AREA and KITCHEN CORNER equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and all kitchen utensils. The living area is also equipped with a television, a double sofa bed (French style).
- BEDROOM with wardrobe and chest of drawers, double bed, desk and access to the balcony
- BATHROOM with toilet and bidet, large shower cubicle.

At guests' disposal also free wi-fi, air conditioning, hair dryer, washing machine and clothes horse, iron and ironing board.

This property is even better in person than in the listing. Michela was extremely responsive and the checkin and check out was very easy. There were thorough instructions for the operation on all the appliances and televisions. The location could not have been better for our needs with great access to many good restaurants and sites. We will be back!
