CASA GIANNI, charming house in ALBA (CN)

Casa Gianni is located just a stone’s throw from Alba and at the foot of the Langhe’s most renowned tourist destinations, first and foremost Barolo. It opened in September 2022, following a year-long complete renovation, designed, coordinated, and executed by architect Gianluca Marabita, in memory of his beloved father Gianni, the owner of this house, which he commissioned in 1990 and where he lived with his family until 2008. Today, Casa Gianni has been converted into a wonderful holiday home, spread over two floors with a living room on the ground floor and four bedrooms on the ground floor—including two large suites, each with its own bathroom—and a two-room apartment consisting of two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Casa Gianni boasts a large outdoor area; it is open on all sides and features a spacious courtyard, a large, newly seeded garden, and a fully equipped outdoor dining area.
