Designer urban feel - completely rehabbed - reclaimed wood beams - full walk in glass master shower with an exposed brick wall and second full bath . Primary bedroom king luxury bed and bedding and has a private dressing room - 2nd bedroom has a queen and 2nd bathroom with a tub and shower.

Chef's Kitchen is brand new - all white with floating reclaimed wood shelving and exposed brick . There is a kitchen nook area full room size with extended reclaimed floating benches . You will have the 14 foot private deck off the back . Garage parking for 1 car & street parking out front.


Some features some Home away from homes do not offer:

FORCED CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING. This is a huge plus in the summer months.

SECOND FULL Bathroom is a huge Plus and makes a trio so much more comfortable for a family or a party of 4 persons.

There are three televisions in the Home . Each bedroom as well as the main family room.
The xfinity - Comcast package is the largest for channels. You will have HBO and SHO time with the fastest available. WiFi.

Another fantastic stay at the flat! We love that we feel right at home here. It has everything we need, including a fully stocked kitchen, which really helps with two young kiddos. The beds are so comfortable and both bathrooms are spacious and luxurious. And the best part is you are right in the middle of the action - walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and public transport. Plus Maia (the host) is so responsive and attentive without at all being intrusive. We will be back here without hesitation for our next Chicago stay.

Perfect Weekend in Chicago

Great location, own garage access and close to everything you could desire as a tourist or regular to the Windy City. We never felt unsafe and the kids also enjoyed the stay. Lovely stay in North Chicago

We were visiting Loyola for parents weekend and this apartment was excellent for us in terms of location, cleanliness, and available things (TVs, kitchen gadgets, etc.). The owner was very nice and explained in detail the operations of the house. We would stay here again on our visits.

We had a wonderful stay at The Flat for Christmas this year. We got hit with extreme weather and the property manager did a great job of providing resources - shovels, salt, etc. and ensuring that property was shoveled and clean. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful property in a perfect edgewater location. We were in town for a family member graduation and this was perfect place to stay. The unit is immaculate and easily sleeps 6. The off street parking amenity was great as we drove in. Would highly recommend!
