This property was so charming! There are so many great restaurants and cute little shops all within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay. The host was great. The kitchen and pantry were stocked with everything that anybody could need. And everything was super clean. The beds were very comfortable too!. Would highly recommend this place.

We spent three very comfortable days in the Roger's Park apartment while visiting friends and family in Chicago. The place is close to the lake, Loyola, and plenty of restaurants and cafes. We had a lot of rain during our stay, but the apartment has several cozy places to curl up and read. Definitely would rent again.

Beautiful house on a quiet one way street that is lined with plenty of shade and trees. Walking distance to a couple restaurants and the train. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for all 8 of us that stayed.

This home offers a step back in history yet offers all the modern amenities. Originally we were not going to rent a car, but when we decided to it was trouble free using the daily parking passes! Super friendly and responsive host finished up this great experience! Thank you John and Christi!

Can’t say enough about our experience, it was beyond excellent! Christi was an amazing host and attentive to every need we had. She checked in several times just to make sure everything met our expectations and was very prompt with responding to any questions. Property is in a wonderful area, great for walking and being close to the city yet feeling quiet and intimate. We would give more than five stars if we could! Highly recommend!
