About this property

This is a beautiful space with lots of natural light located on the top (2nd) floor. Stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. The jacuzzi tub is a nice way to wind down after a day of exploring. Full sized washer and dryer in the unit. Comfortably sleeps 4-6 people. 1 minute walk to the train that will take you anywhere that you would like to go! Easy ride to Wrigley Field and downtown. Located in the heart of Albany Park. We are one of the most diverse neighborhoods in the country! The food choices within a 1-5 minute walk are too many to list. Easy no contact check in with a keyless entry system. We ask that it not be rented for parties.

Great place

This was the best equipped rental we have ever stayed in. Whatever we might have needed, it was there. The place was conveniently located in walking distance to markets and restaurants. It was immaculately clean and organized. If I visit Chicago again I will definitely reach out to stay here.

Easy breezy weekend

We have stayed here before and have had a smooth entry and stay both times. Our host has been very responsive and helpful and the apartment is spacious and furnished with all the amenities you could wish for. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect for a Long weekend in Chicago!

Came to Chicago to spend a weekend with my college roommates. The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us. It was incredibly clean and the host provided a great assortment of snacks and coffee. Very thoughtful! Access was easy. Location was great right near Brown line. Beds were all comfortable. Neighborhood was safe. Would recommend to anyone visiting Chicago.

Winter Classic Visit

Fantastic property in a great location. Close to the L line so getting around the city was super easy. The host was great and the check in process was easy. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property with all the amenities! Conveniently located with a short walk to the "L". Easy access to the property and great communication with the host. Comfortable beds and furniture. I would stay here again and recommend to friends/family!

Just perfect

I don’t believe I’ve ever stayed in a cleaner VRBO anywhere. Loved this quiet, convenient location, nicely decorated and so cozy. Our host was wonderfully communicative, and the home was well stocked with snacks, water and even first aid supplies. 10/10 and two thumbs up. Would absolutely recommend staying here and intend to stay here again.

Amazing apartment

We were so impressed with the space and amenities. There were lots of extras including food and toiletries. Loads of room and close to train. Only suggestion we had would be to have more comfy seating in the living room.

Excellent home and location

We loved staying here! Home is very clean and comfortable. Dawn has really thought of everything that you may need. Kitchen cabinets were well stocked. She kindly provided coffee, filtered water and a large variety of snacks.. The bathrooms were conveniently equipped with all kinds of toiletries, spare toothbrushes, etc. Beds were comfortable. My favorite spot was the bright sitting area surrounded by windows to have my morning coffee and read a book. Really nice neighborhood and less than 5 minute walk to the brown line. Easy walk to various eateries. Very convenient location. Easy entry to building with clear instructions. Parking space for one car. Additional parking on street with daily passes provided. We were completely satisfied with our stay and will be back again.

Great apartment!

My wife, daughter, and I stayed for three days. Apartment exceeded our expectations. Three BR, two baths, fully stocked kitchen, living room, and off street parking. Quiet, clean, and no drama. Texts to Dawn were answered timely. Check in/out process was effortless. This end of Lawrence Avenue seemed a bit sketchy at night but we had no problems. We will definitely stay here again next summer. Highly recommend…

Very pleased!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The neighborhood had a lot of great restaurants to choose from. Getting around was a breeze. The CTA brown line station is less than a five minute walk from the location. I am very impressed with how well stocked and thoughtful the accommodations were. We 100% will book again for our next stay!

Exceptional comfort and convenience!

Our group of four adult cousins chose this property for a week’s vacation in Chicago, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean. We loved being so close to public transportation, which let us explore the city comfortably and affordably. Dawn was a considerate and responsive host. Highly recommend!

Great Place

My siblings and I met for the weekend to take in a concert at Wrigley Field. We could not have asked for a better place to stay! It was so clean and well stocked with everything we would need. Much preferred this place over a hotel because we could all hang out together instead of having to meet up in a lobby or restaurant. This property is in the perfect spot to catch the subway and very easy to get Ubers. If I’m ever back in Chicago I will definitely rebook!

Easy Public Transportation

This vrbo allows for easy transportation throughout the downtown Chicago with multiple restaurants nearby. There is also an assigned parking space in alley behind the apartment. Wonderful stay!

AMAZING!!!

This was by far the best stocked rental we’ve ever stayed at! The kitchen had everything you needed, with the bedrooms and living room full of additional comforts (blankets, slippers, towels, etc.). Dawn was a fabulous host and a great communicator! The location was a bit far from downtown attractions, but we knew this before booking and were willing to commute a bit further in exchange for a safer neighborhood. We felt very safe walking to local restaurants. Thanks for a great stay!

Great apartment and location.

Apartment was bigger than it looked in photos and was wonderfully equipped. A very short walk to restaurants and the”L”, which makes going downtown easy. Host communicates well and will answer any questions in a timely manner. Each bedroom’s bed was comfortable and both baths well stocked. Highly recommend booking for your next Chicago adventure.

Perfect stay!!!

Our host was unbelievably accommodating in every aspect from check-in to check-out. The apartment had literally everything we needed and Dawn left us wanting nothing. We travel extensively, domestically and internationally, and 9 times out of 10 stay at rentals vs. hotels. I have never experienced this kind of communication, kindness, attention to detail, and down right generosity. Plus she had killer snacks. Run, don't walk, to book this property!!!!!!

Great!

Dawn was a wonderful host. We were traveling with a toddler and without any prompting from us Dawn offered a crib and a highchair. The home was spacious, clean and amazingly well stocked. Located on a nice residential street and within walking distance to the subway it was perfect for us.
