Bailies was recently completely renovated with the addition of an accessible downstairs bathroom and new furnishings and fittings thoughout the entire cottage, and includes WiFi, providing a relaxed environment for six guests.

An open plan kitchen/dining/living room offers the ideal place to spend time as a family and make the most magical memories. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all of the tools you need plus an electirc range cooker, fridge/freezer/ dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, while the inviting lounge centres around the woodburning stove alongside the TV.

Both bathrooms are spacious and finished to a very high standard and feature a roll top bath, walk in shower and fluffy luxury towels.

The private enclosed garden features panoramic views across the Deveron Valley where you can relax in the Wood-Fired Hot Tub, comfortable garden furniture and a gas fired barbeque.
