This spacious property is located in Santa Cristina d’Aro on the prestigious residential area Golf Costa Brava. The house has panoramic views of the mountains and the valley of the urbanisation.
There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a kingsized bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower and airconditioning. The second bedroom has two single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower enclosure. The third bedroom has a double bed and the fourth bedroom has a double bed and a shared bathroom in the middle.
The living room is very spacious with very comfortable sofas. There is a large fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast area and there is a large dinning area overlooking the pool. The large living room has glass sliding doors leading to the terrace and pool area with a large dining table and sun loungers.An excellent location to enjoy the peace and quiet space in this luxurious villa but stil at only a few minutes´ drive to one of Costa Brava´s best golf courses and from the centre of Santa Cristina d’Aro and 10 minutes´ drive from the beaches of Sant Feliu de Guíxols and s’Agaró. Within half an hour you are at the airport of Girona and the wonderful town Barcelona is within one hour reach.
