About this property

Casa Manuela - Euroresidence Garda vicino al Lago

In a unique location, close to Lake Garda and surrounded by a beautiful park, the flat is located on the ground floor of a former hotel complex.
There are olive trees, palm trees, tall trees, benches, a children's playground, a restaurant bar and a large swimming pool.
The newly renovated flat with a private, enclosed garden is equipped with modern furniture and has a bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with a single bed.
The large living and dining area has a double sofa bed and can accommodate 4 persons.
Fully equipped kitchenette with oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer. Bathroom with washbasin, bidet and large shower.
There are also ceiling fans, flat-screen satellite TV, Wi-Fi in the flat, awning, garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol and free parking in the complex.
The beautiful communal roof terrace with panoramic views of Lake Garda is equipped with sun loungers and parasols and is the ideal place to relax.

In the large communal lobby of the complex, there is a lift to the terrace, a self-service laundry for a fee and unlimited free Wi-Fi for our guests.
From the lobby, an uphill path (approx. 5 min.) leads to both the Restaurant - Pizzeria La Loda and the large, beautiful swimming pool surrounded by olive trees. Admission is included for 2 of our guests (normally charged).
Next to it there is also a small pool for children.

The lakeside and the beach can be reached in a couple of minutes via the direct subway, while the historic center of Garda is about 8 minutes away!

Check-in is from 3.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.
Check-out at 10.00 a.m.

Compulsory taxes not included (payable in cash on arrival):
- Tourist tax for the municipality of Garda, € 2.00 per person per night (from 14 years).
- Late check-in: after 19:00 surcharges will apply.

Optional extras on request (payable in cash on arrival):
- Bed linen and towels are extra, but you can bring your own and save on the final price. Reservation is compulsory!
- Early check-in or late check-out are possible ONLY on request and are subject to availability, additional costs will be charged.

Appartment and location quite ok...Check in was without words

All in all it was a nice vacation. The app. is close to the lake and the beach can be reached in only 3 min. However the street along the lake is quite loud especially during the night and weekend. The app. is very well equiped. The 2nd sleeping room is unfortunately only a small room more like a storage room but still ok. The builing itself needed a renovation especially as the 2nd builing was in better conditions. The swimming pool is very nice, as well as the restaurant with a beautiful view on the lake. However, the way there is quite long and littered. The check in was done in only 1 min. The lady was in hurry, collected the tourist tax and disappeared again without having provided a proper check in or even a receipt for the tax/money paid. In a mail upfront we were asked to call the agency 1 hour prior arrival but no respond at all from them. At the end the agency complained that we were to early (we arrived at 14:58 and official check in was at 15:00)....Room for improvement here therefore for check in only 1 star because 0 stars were not possible. The owner of the app. passed by and she was very friendly and professional. All in all a nice time but with room for improvements.

Das App. war gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt. Die direkte Umgebung mit Nutzung eines Swimmingpools (in der Nähe) und die Nutzung des Daches der Anlage (mit Sonnenschirmen und Liegestühlen) war sehr schön. Der Garten hat uns auch gut gefallen. Die Nähe zum See und zur Altstadt von Garda war sehr angenehm.

Perfekte Wohnung, sehr großes Bad, toll ausgestattete Küche, netter kleiner Garten. Ansprechend eingerichtet und sauber. Mit dem Tunnel vom Grundstück gleich am Strand Corno und in 10 Minuten entlang der gepflegten Promenade ins Zentrum. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Swimmigpool tolle Aussicht und schön angelegt; etwas mühsamer aber kurzer Weg. Auch der Hund war kein Problem. Ein Spielplatz wäre noch schön.
