There is underground parking, a private plunge pool and access to a communal pool, kids pool, gym & sauna. A few minutes walk will take you to the nearest beach, or a short drive will take you into either Fuengirola or La Cala town centre. The apartment offers hot and cold aircon and free WIFI.

On entering the apartment into the open plan living space, the kitchen is fully equipped with a dining area for 4 people, with a separate utility cupboard in the hallway offering a washing and drying machines. The lounge area has a large comfortable sofa, chairs and a 65¨ smart TV. The lounge leads out onto the wrap around terrace which has a private plunge pool, a further dining area for 6 people, a lounge bed, comfortable chairs and a BBQ/outdoor kitchen area.
The master bedroom benefits from a super king size bed, fitted wardrobes, an en suite shower room and access to the main terrace. The guest bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and a private terrace. There is also a guest shower room.
