Apartment in the heart of the city, a few steps from the Arena and the main square Piazza Brà. The property is located in a pleasant residential courtyard. Inside of it and in the basement, you can admire some ruins from the Roman era.

Internally, everything is treated in detail and it has just been modernized with fine and custom-made furniture.

There is a very nice balcony that overlooks the street and makes the window of the bedroom pleasant.

The space is a modern two-room apartment, recently renovated, with modern and minimal finishes. On the inside, it is possible to admire part of the original Roman remains, placed in a comfortable and functional context.
The apartment consists of 2 rooms: a bedroom with a spacious built-in wardrobe and a window onto a balcony with a city view. The other room is a living room with kitchen, equipped with all the essentials and appliances needed. Finally, there is the bathroom with shower and washing machine.

What makes this property unique

King-size bed, flat-screen TV, high speed wireless internet. Full-size kitchen with worktop and appliances (dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine with pods, oven, induction cooker, fridge and freezer). Possibility of self check-in with lock box and code.
