About this property

Casa Adamo - La Casaccia Guelfi

Our farm is part of the farm La Casaccia, where they grow grapes and olives, near the medieval village of San Gusmè. The apartment is located inside the recently renovated nineteenth-century manor house.
The apartment, called CASA ADAMO, is located on the second floor of the villa; it has an independent access and covers over 100 square meters. E 'consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with spacious shower and window; the living room is very impressive thanks to the view that you can enjoy from its 3 windows; has a fireplace. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and kitchen. The apartment has Sat TV, free Wi-Fi.
The furnishings are antique and the structure is exposed beams, exposed stone, terracotta.

Guests have access to a rooftop garden, a swimming pool (12x4x1,20-1,40) open from June to September sited in extremely scenic, quiet and reserved, a barbecue area next to the pool equipped for outdoor meals, playground (swings and slide), fenced area for dogs, reserved parking.

Numerous paths for walking or cycling leave from within the farm and from the immediate vicinity.

Great value for the money

We spent 6 fantastic days in "House Adamo" - we were not sure what to expect but this was over our expectations. Very nice, clean and well equipped apartment located in a quiet and beautiful area of Tuscany. Special thanks to Laura and Asia for answering all our questions and for you hospitality!

Het huis staat op een prachtige locatie, met geweldig uitzicht. Een heerlijk zwembad, wat je deelt met de andere gasten, hoewel wij het meestal voor onszelf hadden. Vriendelijke gastvrouw die goed bereikbaar is voor vragen of tips.

Ein sehr großes Apartment mit traumhaftem Blick ins Tal. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Kontakt mit Laura. Die maschinell übersetzte Online-Darstellung weist einen Fehler auf: es gibt keine Dachterasse.

Région magnifique, logement conforme aux photos.

Pas de mauvaise surprise mais de petits bémols tout de même compte tenu du tarif : équipement un peu juste, barbecue inutilisable, jardin et piscine éloignés de l'appartement et cette dernière pas toujours très propre. Dommage car l'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Sienne et le Chianti. En revanche la vue depuis le salon est époustouflante !! La literie est en bon état et les salles de bain très propres. Pas de conseil donnés pour les visites non plus.
