Luxury appointed 2 bed 2 bathroom penthouse with sunshine all day via both extra large terraces, with beautiful views of the front line golf course and mountains. There are 2 very close swimming pools directly either side of the penthouse. The terrace is furnished with dining table and chairs for 6, 2 luxury rocking chairs, and Gas BBQ. This penthouse has been recently refurbished to an extremely luxury standard throughout and has been equipped with an Alexa speaker, Jacuzzi bath, 50″ Smart LG Tv, Coffee machine amongst other items.
Its perfect location means it is situated within 5 minutes walking distance to El Cason and the Golf Course.
It also features 2 huge balconies at the back where the sun is all day long, with a front line view of the golf course and mountains. In the distance the Mar Menor can also be seen. At the front of the property is 2 more balconies, one a Juliette and the other featuring a table and chairs and views of the mountains.
Both the bedrooms are equipped with 2 very comfortably single beds and built in wardrobes with patio doors leading out on to the 2 terraces at the front. There is plenty of linen and towels provided. The living room has a very comfortable L shaped sofa. There is a 50″ smart TV, a Nintendo Wi and an Alexa.
The open planned front room goes through to the kitchen which has 4 bar stools on a marble breakfast bar. The kitchen consists of a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, extractor, coffee maker, kettle & toaster. All marble worktops.
The main bathroom consists of a top of the range shower with a Jacuzzi bath, marble worktops.
The powder room consists of a WC, basin and washing machine. Also with marble worktops.

Why they chose this property
We purchased this property as it has frontline golf and the most amazing views. It has a big terrace at the back and a solarium. On a clear day you can see The Mar Menor. At the front it has a 2 balconies off the bedrooms which look out onto the mountains.
