A cozy holiday bungalow in Calpe, Costa Blanca for 6 people, with 3 bedrooms and 2,5 bathrooms.



After a full day of exploring, center yourself in this comfortable, well-lit bungalow. Toss your dirty clothes into the wash, cozy up on the couch, and enjoy a movie or log onto the free WiFi to chat with friends back home.



Your kitchen comes fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you should need, and dinning room table fits six easily.



The bungalow will accommodate up to six guests in three nice bedrooms. There are two bedrooms with a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. The other bedroom is equipped with two single beds, wardrobe and air conditioning.



The main bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom and bedroom 2 and 3 share the bathroom. The en-suite bathroom has a bath-shower combination, toilet and sink. The other bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.



Hotel quality, professionally laundered bed linen, including bathtowels for all guests is provided. Just pack (or rent) your beach towel for the pool or beach. Wash your own laundry? No problem, the bungalow has its own washing machine.



Finish the day with an evening swim in the communal swimming pool, or enjoy a nightcap out on your private garden after enjoying a feast on the charcoal barbecue.



The bungalow has a private parking for your car and a private parking in the closed bicycle shed for your bicycle.

1. Smoking is NOT allowed in this home.

2. That one well behaved dog is allowed with a maximum weight of 10 kg. Additional fee: €50.

4: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 6 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.

5: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.

6: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.

El bungalow es amplio y muy luminoso, con todo lo necesario. Su ubicación muy buena, en una zona tranquila a aprox.15 minutos andando del paseo de la playa. Supermercados muy cerca. No hay baño completo en planta baja. El de la habitación tiene lavabo y ducha. Para ir al retrete hay que salir de la habitación e ir al otro que hay junto a la cocina, que tiene retrete y lavabo. La parcela de parking del bungalow 1 es la más pequeña de las 4 había que tener cuidado al salir del coche porque podías golpearte la cabeza con el soporte de la cubierta.

Un séjour parfait

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la casa Colari. Tout était parfait, villa très propre, bien équipée, un emplacement parfait avec la mer à 10mn de marche seulement. Les supermarchés sont à quelques pas de la location. Accueil plus que parfait. Une belle expérience que nous renouvellerons cet été avec cette agence. Merci pour avoir rendu notre séjour inoubliable.

Muy buen apartamento, hemos estado muy a gusto, tiene todas las comodidades, zona privada de aparcamiento muy cómoda para cargar y descargar. El apartamento amplio, y muy cómodo, la piscina fantástica también, es compartida pero para 4 apartamentos, por lo que queda casi como piscina privada.
