This detached villa is located 400 m from the old town in a quiet residential area, La Manzanera. Only 10 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beach. The house has a 1000 m² garden with old trees. Internet and German satellite television are available. Supermarkets, restaurants, shops and weekly market are within walking distance.
Enjoy rest and relaxation in a large villa with a spacious Mediterranean garden under old trees. The house has 120 m² with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living and dining area from which you have a beautiful view of the sea. The fireplace is in the living area. A television with satellite reception, a Blu-ray DVD player and Internet (WLAN) are available. Almost all German TV channels are received. Relax in the evening with the games, novels or films on display. Hiking guides, maps and travel books about the region and a list of recommended restaurants and excursion destinations are available. Towels and bath sheets for the beach are provided. There is central heating for the cooler seasons.
The large kitchen is perfectly equipped with many practical electrical appliances: dishwasher, fridge / freezer, gas / electric cooker, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine and electric citrus press. A separate storage room can be used to store drinks or fruit and vegetables from the nearby weekly market.
The 1000 m2 garden has 3 levels, on which several sitting areas invite you to linger. Sun loungers and parasols are available. There is an outside grill and a small roof terrace. The Mediterranean garden is planted with palm trees, cacti, oleanders, hibiscus, pine, citrus and fig trees. When fruits are ripe, they are for the guests. The garden is available for your sole use and is surrounded by a wall. Next to the entrance there are two private parking spaces for cars.
The property is located in a quiet residential area in the La Manzanera district, just 400 m from the old town. The urbanization La Manzanera and also this villa were designed by the Spaniard Ricardo Bofill, one of the most famous architects of postmodernism. La Manzanera forms a natural amphitheater with the sea as the background. The villa is located on the upper part of La Manzanera and offers a beautiful view of the sea and the famous avant-garde buildings "La Muralla Roja" and Xanadu. 10 minutes walk (500 m) from our house and you are on the 50 m wide sandy beach Arenal-Bol. The beach and promenade are 2 km long.
Calpe / Calp is located on the Costa Blanca on the last foothills of the Sierra de Bernia between Alicante (60 km) and Valencia (120 km). Calpe offers miles of sandy beaches, small bays and pristine rocky coasts. There is a very wide range of restaurants. In addition to the typical Spanish-Valencian restaurants with paella, you can enjoy a large selection of international cuisine in Calpe. Traditional festivals in Calpe are the patron saint festival with a bull (August), the Oktoberfest and "Moors and Christians" in October. Attractions include the old town with its narrow, quaint alleys, the fishing port with the evening fish auction and the city's landmark, the Penon de Ifach (332 m high), a huge rock monolith in the sea. You can climb the rock and have a wonderful panoramic view. On clear days you can look over to Ibiza. There are sailing and surfing schools in Calpe. There is a weekly market every Saturday (700 m). Distance to the old town (400 m), tourist information (400 m), supermarket Charter-Consum (400m), bakery (400 m), Mercadona (700 m), Lidl (2 km) and Aldi (3 km).
There are numerous hiking opportunities in the mountainous hinterland. B. on the nature-protected Sierra de Bernia up to 1129 m, on the Sierra de Mariola up to 1389 m and on the Sierra de Aitana up to 1558 m. On the Olta, the "local mountain" Calpes, hiking trails lead up to a height of 586 m and offer a wonderful view of the coast. A circular route leads through shady pine forests and is 10 km long. Trips are worthwhile to Alicante, Valencia, Altea and Guadalest. There are amusement parks and shopping malls in Benidorm, 20 km away.
Alicante International Airport is 50 minutes away by car (77 km) and also has a bus connection to Calpe. Valencia Airport is 1.5 hours' drive (130 km) away.

We stayed with 2 families in the house, great spot, walking distance to the beach, space for 2 cars parking, good heads up communication, a lot of equipment to use.
We suffered from the heat (in Aug) it was great to have AC in the living g room, during nights in bedrooms have been very hot.

Great house beautiful views. Only negative would be that there's no AC in the bedrooms. Othe then that the house is really well equipped. There's was nothing missing.

Das Haus ist ideal für zwei Familien, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, und die Lage - nur etwa 500 m vom wunderbaren Strand - war perfekt.Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, danken Ihnen herzlich für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und sind uns sicher, dass wir wiederkommen werden.
Muy buena casa, cerca del mar eso es verdad. La casa está estupenda y tiene todo lo necesario. Defectos, tiene escaleras para acceder a la casa la cercanía a la playa se dificulta con semejante inclinación. Comunicación de 10 con el propietario. Gracias.

Casa bien situada con vistas maravillosas.las instrucciones solo vienen en alemán cosa que se puede corregir.
la dirección como es con numero y letra (4LI ) puede dar a error ,nosotros a la llegada nos equivocamos llamamos al numero de contacto y no nos devolvio la llamada. zona tranquila ,estancia perfecta.
The house was spacious: very special room distribution; good for a larger group… Gardens of the property amazing & beautiful: perfect for relaxing… the view from the house to the ocean impressive… the perfect place to calm down and enjoy! The closeness to the old city offering many excellent eating places just great! And the owner‘s care & offering of items to use (for example beach umbrellas, etc.) very generous!
Surely a place we all wish to come again! 👍
La casa está muy bien está equipada con todo lo necesario y tiene unas vistas increíbles además de mucho espacio exterior , está en el pueblo pero está en una zona un poco apartada que no muy concurrida con lo que no se nota el bullicio del verano de la gente

nous n'avons pas pu dormir avant 6 heures du matin. heure à laquelle nous avons eu un peu de brise.
Je recommande l'investissement d'une climatisation qui est indispensable.
Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen verbracht. Das Haus war bei der Ankunft sauber und gepflegt. Es ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Vermieter und Verwalterin freundlich und gute Kommunikation. Bei Problemen, wie kein Internet, wurde es kurzfristig behoben. Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen.
