The apartment consists of a large living-dining room with a sofa bed and two balconies facing the Plaza de la Puerta del Sol in Madrid. It also has an open-plan kitchen that has all the necessary equipment to enjoy your stay to the fullest. It also has a bedroom with a 150cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Capacity for four people.



Leaving the flat you will run straight into de hustle and bustle of Madrid. Going in, you are guaranteed to enjoy peace and quiet.



The building has an elevator but it is located between floors. In order to access it, it is necessary to climb a flight of stairs (33 steps).

Great location; in need of updates

Located right on Puerta del Sol. Unit was clean upon arrival. Many things needed repair. Shower faucet kept falling off. Front door handle was about to break. Furniture is old and uncomfortable. Communication with manager was non existent. Sent four messages with no responses.
