About this property
Pass the Keys | Stylish Grade II listed house
About this space
My home is a fully renovated grade 2 listed house in the centre of Cheltenham. Built in 1834 and run as the Boar's head public house from 1844 -1948 this house has been at the heart of Cheltenham's vibrant culture for nearly 200 years. Stylishly decorated throughout the property comfortably sleeps 6 with two king size and one queen size bedrooms, together with two shower rooms, one ensuite.
The space
My amazing home is a fantastic base for family and friends from which to experience Regency Cheltenham and also explore the wider Cotswolds, that is right on your doorstep!
The property spans two floors, giving plenty of space and privacy for guests. The renovation has been carefully planned, balanced between maintaining original features and a contemporary upgrade. The property has been furnished to a superior standard throughout making the house a wonderful place to stay!
The downstairs layout has a wonderful open plan living, dining and kitchen space. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a breakfast bar.
At the rear of the house is an additional reception area, where you can enjoy some peace and quiet, whether for work or pleasure.
The first floor has the master bedroom with king size bed and large ensuite shower room, a further bedroom with king size bed and the third bedroom with queen size bed. There is also the communal shower room and large walk in cupboard for storage.
All bedrooms come with hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest and complementary toiletries.
Please no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property.

Where you’ll be:
There are many supermarkets and local stores on your doorstep. The town centre is moments from the property, that has a wide range of apartment stores and shops, including local boutiques.
Very close to the property is the new Brewery Quarter that has a great range of upmarket bars and restaurants, as well as fun activities such as crazy golf and ten-pin bowling and a cinema.
Cheltenham is full of regency gardens that are worth exploring such as Montpellier and Imperial gardens, where you will also find lots of independent stores/producers.
Pittville park is a 10-minute walk away and has a boating lake and amazing kid's play area.
Slightly further afield is the Deya brewery, Ritual coffee and the Woozy Pig, which are 20 minutes walk away at the Lansdown industrial estate, across from Cheltenham Spa train station.
Sandford Parks Lido is a 5-minute drive from the property (or you can walk it!) and a great spot for those who like an energising outdoor swim in a heated pool!
Getting around:
There is an NCP car park 1 minute from the property on Swindon Street. There is also paid parking available on nearby streets.
Cheltenham Spa train station is just a mile away and there are plenty of buses in the immediate area.
