Unit Ok but not great

The unit was very clean but Very small and not warm and inviting. Pictures looked better than actual unit. It lacked natural light and was on the interior of an old apartment building. We knew it was going to be an interior, but thought it would be a little nicer. No personal communication with owner, unlike other places we have stayed.
