Villa Fani, a completely renovated structure that meets the rustic style typical of the area on the outside with a completely modern one on the inside is located in Malcesine, a few minutes walk from the center and the beach.

The Villa, with its four bedrooms, four bathrooms, an open-space kitchen and a living room with dining table and sofa, can accommodate up to 11 people. Outside you are surrounded by a large garden secured to ensure a pleasant stay even for your four-legged friends.

On the hottest summer days the swimming pool offers refreshment and pleasant and relaxing moments while the small wellness area equipped with a (heated) whirlpool and sauna is perfectly suited to the cooler days.

The garden has several corners equipped for every need: barbecue, a table with chairs arranged under the characteristic wooden gazebo, a small terrace with table and chairs covered by wisteria and several sun loungers near the swimming pool.

There is also a garage with one parking space and storage for bicycles, motorbikes and sports equipment with the possibility of another two uncovered parking spaces.

The villa is spread over an area of 200 square meters and enjoys a partial view of the lake from the first floor

5 steps lead to the main entrance which leads to a bathroom, to the open-space kitchen with living room, furnished with dining table and chairs, sofa, wood-burning fireplace, 50' satellite TV. A large sliding door that gives access to the outdoor terrace and garden.

A corridor leads to the sleeping area where we find:

- Bedroom number one: 2 joinable sommier beds 90 x 200 plus a sofa / bed, window, open wardrobe, TV and single sofa bed. The room is also equipped with a private bathroom with window and shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

- Bedroom number two: double bed 160 x 200 cm with window, TV and wardrobe.

- Bedroom number three: double bed 160 x 200 cm with window, TV and open wardrobe.

- Windowed bathroom with large shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

Going up the stairs from the living room you reach the mezzanine where there is a windowed study-reading area with bookcase, writing desk and double sofa bed.

A large bedroom with two joinable sommier beds 90 x 200, open wardrobe, TV, and a small terrace from which you can glimpse the lake and the beautiful Scaliger castle of Malcesine complete the first floor where there is also a blind bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

All rooms have air conditioning and underfloor heating.

In the basement there is the laundry area with washing machine and ironing board.

Possibility of having a cot and high chair for children.

On request we accept animals.

Villa Fani is a luxurious villa set in a very quiet and reserved residential area. The villa is suitable for groups and families looking for a relaxing holiday who love peace and respect that of others.
IT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR GROUPS LOOKING FOR UNRESTRAINED FUN.

No type of drinks or food and no consumables (soaps, shampoos, etc.) are provided.

Check-in is from 16.00 to 20.00.

Check-out is before 10:00.

Early check-ins or late check-outs can only be confirmed the day before.
