Villa with separate apartment (for 4 people), 180 degree lake view, perfect view of the bay of Val di Sogno, extremely quiet location, partly air conditioning, own parking lot, on 8,000 sqm olive grove, approx. 200m to the lake with small beach, buoy and Jet ski optionally for rent, 3 terraces, patio with palm tree, grill, 27sqm
Surfing / kite / sailing school about 350 meters away, surfing pros about 3km to Malcesine to the "bus parking lot" in the morning.
The house is divided into 2 apartments (with separate entrance and different levels)

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit !!Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und hervorragend ausgestattet. Besonders gemütlich fanden wir die zwei Kaminöfen. Die Lage oberhalb des Gardasees ist traumhaft mit fantastischem Blick und viel Ruhe, perfekt zum Wandern. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Villa absolut empfehlen.

Wir haben die Woche hier sehr genossen. Alle konnten zusammen sein oder sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen. Sehr angenehm. Die Lage oberhalb des Sees bietet einen fantastischen Blick, den wir besonders toll fanden.

Tolle Lage

Nach steiler Auffahrt liegt ein schönes Haus inmitten alter Olivenbäume in absolut ruhiger Lage. Unserer Familie hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Aussicht auf den Gardasee ist beeindruckend. Danke auch für die schnelle Kommunikation 👍

Malcesine

Schönes Haus mit einem grandiosen Ausblick. Könnte an einigen Stellen etwas aufgehübscht werden. Anfahrt sehr steil. Unsere Reisegruppe (6 Erwachsene mit 3 Hunden) hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Erledigt… Neue Möbel und auch der Maler war nochmals da. Die Klimaanlagen sind gewartet. Zufahrt ist mit 3er, Mini, Passat oder VW Bus aber auch gut machbar (nur keine S-Klasse oä) . Wer mag kann aber gerne auch unten auf unserem privaten Weg parken und muss dann 30-40m laufen. Gerne wieder!

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wunderschönes Haus mit grandioser Aussicht. Lage ist spitze: keine zehn Minuten zum See, nach malcesine circa eine halbe Stunde Fußweg, Bushaltestelle direkt unten an der Straße. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus in traumhafter Lage

Der größte Trumpf des Hauses ist der traumhafte Blick auf den Gardasee. Das Haus ist absolut ruhig gelegen und man ist trotzdem in unmittelbarer Nähe von Strand und Surfschule. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Sehr netter und bemühter Vermieter.

FeWo Malcesine

Das Ferienhaus liegt schön in einem alten Olivenhain. Die Anfahrt geht recht steil nach oben und wenn man ganz nach oben möchte, ist ein SUV mit 4 Radantrieb von Vorteil. Der Ausblick auf den Gardasee ist phantastisch. Das Haus ist in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war problemlos. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Großartige Unterkunft mit phantastischem Ausblick

Angereist sind wir mit 3 Paaren, hatten somit jeder eine separate Wohneinheit, 5 Paare wäre nicht so ideal, da es nur 3 richtige Schlafzimmer gibt. Das Haus ist sehr groß und liegt auf einer Anhöhe, die erste Anfahrt war etwas aufregend, da die Straße sehr steil ist, unbedingt die ausführliche Beschreibung der sehr netten Vermieter lesen. Die Lage ist super, ein Fuß bzw. Radweg führt bis nach Malcesine, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es reichlich. Malcesine ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen.Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, vor allem der Blick auf den Gardasee aus dem Wohnzimmer war unbezahlbar. Gerne wieder!

Villa mit Traumblick

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig aufgeteilt, schöne Bäder und Schlafräume. Die untere Wohnung ist leider etwas muffig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, ein bißchen wenig Arbeitsfläche, wenn man mit einer größeren Gruppe kochen will. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolles Haus mit viel Ruhe zur Entspannung

Rund um ein tolles Haus mit vielen Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. In mitten von olivenbäumen sehr ruhig gelegen. Genau das richtige nach einem Turbulenten Tag. Einzig die Betten könnten in einigen zimmern von besserer Qualität sein. Jederzeit weiter zu empfehlen.

Traumhafte Aussicht

Wir haben die Zeit im Ferienhaus sehr genossen: die moderne Einrichtung und die Aussicht haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Leider haben nicht alle Schlafzimmer eine vollwertiges Bett und nur teilweise eine Klimaanlage. Insgesamt jedoch fabelhaft!

Wir haben alles wie versprochen vorgefunden. Tolle Wohnung, sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Extrem großzügiger Platz in den Räumen, im Innenhof und auf den Balkonen. Aber am allerbesten - der grandiose Ausblick auf den See.

We were looking for a new vacation home for our family in 2018 and when we saw Villa Candoras, we fell in love straight away. As we don't go to lago di garda that much anymore, we decided to rent the house out for a few weeks a year so that other families can also enjoy their vacation

When we first visited the house we fell in love with the great view and nestled in a tranquil olive grove within the olive - but still walking distance to the lake.
