VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL JUST 2 MINUTES FROM MORAIRAS BEACHES.



This villa has capacity for 6 people and is located just 5 minutes by car from the center of Moraira and just 2 minutes from the beaches. If you feel like taking a walk, you can access Cala Andragó in 10 minutes and Cala Cap Blanc in 15 minutes. Just 3 minutes by car is "Les Platgetes", some charming sandy beaches where you will enjoy restaurants to eat by the sea. Very close to the house you will find small establishments, numerous restaurants and a shopping center.



This chalet is very practical and accessible since all the rooms are distributed on one floor, without stairs. It has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them in suite. The living room and the main bedroom have air conditioning and the other 2 bedrooms have a ceiling fan. The kitchen has been recently renovated. Both the house and the garden are very well maintained and all the furniture has been updated in 2022.

IMPORTANT:

Groups of young people under 30 are not allowed, unless they are accompanied by an older adult. If this rule is not met, entry will be denied and there will be no option for a refund.

No pets of any kind are permitted. We are sorry.

Mass gatherings are not allowed. Only visits from friends and family are permitted. Overnight stays in the home are not allowed to exceed its capacity.

Smoking and lighting candles inside the home are prohibited.

Excellent villa at a great location

We stayed in the villa with the 5 of us: 2 adults & 3 children. Everything was great and in perfect condition, allowing us to straight away enjoy the holiday. The service and flexibility of the Sol Habitat team was equally excellent!

The villa was clean and well presented with a fabulous swimming pool (we spent hours in there). Close to local shops and just a short drive to nearby beaches. Only two AC units meant it was quite hot inside the villa and not all rooms could be as cool as we would have liked. Ceiling fans did help a little in the bedrooms. There was no way to open the two awnings by the pool. No handle to wind them open. They looked maybe like they were old and not to be used. This meant there was very little shade by the pool to escape the sun. Small gazebo was not enough for three sunbeds. It would be great if you could get the awnings working again for future guests.

Lovely stay at Solhabitat Moraira Moravit

The villa was perfect for our family of four. Living area was spacious and the bedrooms were a good size. It was also good that there were two bathrooms. Outside area and swimming pool were great. Lots of space to sit or sunbathe and the sheltered area was really useful when it got very hot. The pool was clean and it was good that the pool person checked on it during our stay. We enjoyed meeting Blanco the cat too! The villa was in a great location. Close to a very good supermarket and to lots of restaurants. Also not too far from Moraira, which is beautiful and a short drive to Calpe. The office staff were very helpful and answered our questions quickly. It would be great if a few more kitchen utensils were provided. For example, salad servers, cutlery, oven trays. The seal to the fridge was also not 100%, so the fridge door needed to be pushed to ensure it closed properly. A few more pictures, cushions etc would have made the villa more homely, but I understand that the owners may not want to make too much available, in case of damage. It would also be great if the air con unit in the main bedroom was replaced as it is obviously old and very noisy! It would also be good if there were 6 sun loungers, considering the villa is for up to 6 people.

A notre arrivée il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude (problème de chaudière) le service technique est intervenu rapidement pour corriger le problème. la communication entre l'agence et nous se fessait via WhatsApp avec des réponses rapides et précises Très bonnes vacances dans l'ensemble et La ville de Moraira est très agréable.
