First of all, we would like to point out that Tremosine is located on a plateau about 20 minutes by car from the lake, a geographical detail clearly visible both on Google Maps and in the accommodation description. Guests choose this location precisely for its peacefulness, unspoiled nature, and breathtaking views – exactly what impressed you upon arrival. The sofa bed has always been considered adequate by families with children, and we have never received complaints about it. All windows are equipped with shutters, so it’s unclear what you're referring to regarding the lack of light control. Air conditioning is not present and has never been listed among the amenities of the accommodation, simply because it is not necessary: evenings here are cool, and a fan is available upon request. Being surrounded by nature, the presence of some mosquitoes is normal, but easily manageable with basic precautions, as all our other guests have experienced. Regarding the toilet seat, it was fully functional upon your arrival. It was damaged during your stay. No one ever entered your apartment, and no party was organized by the owners – these statements are completely false. This review appears unfounded and misleading, especially considering that at check-out you told us everything had been fantastic. It is unfair to damage the reputation of a property with untruthful claims. We invite readers of this review to consider the many other positive and sincere opinions from our guests, which clearly reflect the quality of our service and hospitality. Additionally, we feel it is necessary to alert fellow hospitality professionals: be cautious with this type of guest, who express enthusiasm in person and then post unjustly negative reviews.
