Kingsley Standard Apartment - 1 Bed-Courtyard view
This excellent apartment is located on the Ground Floor, comfortably sleeping two to four people. You will have exclusive use of the apartment enabling you 'to do what you want when you want'.
YOU CANNOT USE THE SWIMMING POOL FACILITES IF YOU ARE THE ONLY OCCUPANT OF YOUR APARTMENT.
ELECTRICITY IS CHARGED PER UNIT USED.
This apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay, including linen and towels, a travel cot is available however please bring your own bedding for this.
The kitchen comes complete with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and a good range of utensils and cleaning products.
Whilst staying at Kingswear Park, you have access to the pool building, including indoor pool (with resistance jet), sauna, spa, small gym as well as the other onsite activities. Be sure to explore the 5 acres of grounds as there are some truly special views to be appreciated.
There is free wi-fi, allocated parking, extra parking and access to the on-site Electric Vehicle charging points.
The apartment is NO Smoking.

The apartments enjoy stunning views whilst maintaining the expected high standard of accommodation.
