Wyndham Desert Blue (3 Bedroom Presidential Condo - near strip)

The Resort is located about 1/2 from the Las Vegas strip and next to the Rio Resort Hotel & Casino. The resort does offer complimentary shuttle service to Caesars Palace Casino on the strip. THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL RESORT FEES.

The next time you plan to getaway to the exciting city of Las Vegas, we offer a 3 bedroom 3 bath presidential condo with fully equipped kitchens, washer and dryers, dining rooms, large bedrooms with closet and storage space, and spa tubs in the master bedroom. This is the perfect vacation home for a weekend trip or extended stay. If you play golf, you can choose between four golf courses located within 5 miles of the resort. If you like active vacations, this modern, high-energy resort has a big choice of recreational amenities to make your Las Vegas stay a guaranteed winner.

The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom - 3 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom has a king size beds and the third bedroom has two double size beds with each of the bedrooms having flat screen TV's.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The person responsible for checking into the condo is required to be 21 or over. We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $99 CHANGE FEE.

The property was absolutely perfect for 3 couples vacationing together! We all had our own private space and bathroom but were able to hang out together in the mornings & night. The pool area was beautiful, food & drinks excellent!Location was great, only a few min drive to the strip. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Set up is great for 3 couples! Would stay here again! Short distance from strip but used complimentary shuttle to get to the strip. The shuttle picks up daily at 10 and brings you to the local grocery store. You have 30 minutes as the shuttle waits and brings you back to condo. Recommend Polaris Diner for breakfast/lunch which is walking distance from this hotel.

This property is at the top floor which offers a great view south towards the Rio. The valet service was def a plus if you didn’t want to walk towards the back to their free parking lot. The space was great and big enough for 8-10 if you are searching to improve from the size that a normal 2-4 person hotel room would give you.
