About this property

Alessia Apartment 01

Located on the ground floor of an elegant building, this modern and stylish apartment features a spacious three-bed bedroom, a living room, and an open-concept kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a small outdoor terrace overlooking the peaceful garden of a neighbouring property.
The apartment also includes a convenient parking space in the building’s underground garage.

The location.

Alessia Apartment 01 enjoys an exclusive location due to its proximity to the most beautiful and elegant tourist areas.
Thanks to its location on a side street not far from the sea, the apartment is peaceful and quiet, yet just a short distance from the most beautiful tourist and historical sites.
The location is near the brand-new Grand Park Hotel, the ACI Marina, Monte Mulini Beach, and Punta Corrente Park, all within a few minutes’ walk.
Beach lovers, sunseekers, and families with children can walk to the new public beach at the foot of the Lone and Monte Mulini hotels in just a few minutes.
Alternatively, you can quickly walk to the boarding point for ferries to the islands of S. Andrea and Santa Caterina, or take a pleasant stroll along the waterfront towards the historic centre.
For cycling enthusiasts, the house can serve as a starting point for magnificent routes both along the coast and through the park’s pine forest.
Seafood restaurants, pizzerias, and local shops are all in the immediate vicinity, and using a car is unnecessary and not recommended during peak season.

Super Auszeit in perfekter Lage

Vielen Dank nochmal Melanie & Tobias

Wonderful Apartment and wonderful welcome.

We loved staying in Alessia apartment in Rovinj. The apartment had everything we needed, with all mod cons including comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and efficient air conditioning. It is also in a very quiet and convenient location. Easy walking distance to the historical town for sight seeing and eating as well as a picturesque walk or cycle to the National Park for relaxing by the sea. Definitely recommend both the Apartment and the location of Rovinj.

Moderne Wohnung in ruhiger Gegend

Dear Tanja, thank you for the good review. We hope to have you again with us as soon as possible. We thank you for the good communication, the courtesy and the care taken in leaving the apartment. We regret that due to organizational problems at the beginning of the season you have not been able to fully enjoy the apartment. At the next opportunity we will do our best to get the fifth star from you, which is now missing. Luciano-Maryna

Alessia 01: Rovinj is stunning. Apartment was excellent and is ideally placed for exploring.

Property was exactly as described, well furnished and beautifully clean. It is in a great location out of the town centre (so quiet) but only a 5 min stroll (downhill... coming back's a bit more of a challenge) from the waterfront! Owners could not have been more helpful and made us feel most welcome. Would most definitely revisit this lovely part of Croatia and would not hesitate to use this apartment again. Absolutely recommend this apartment.

An excellent experience

Our stay at Alessia apartment 01 was absolutely flawless. Maryna met us in person with the keys and gave us a very cordial tour of the apartment. Cleanliness was on point. The spaciousness of the rooms, the simplicity and practicality of the home furnishing definitely left a good impression on us. Plus, the apartment is only a few minutes on foot away from Rovinj´s beautiful city centre. We can definitely recommend staying at Alessia apartment 01.

Nice area

I loved Croatia, the people were very nice and welcoming. Rovinj is a charming city, I liked the shops in town and the beaches are beautiful. I liked where we stayed as well, everything is close by, we walked everywhere. The apartment was very nice and neat, Miss Dora was very helpful. I would definitely stay at this location again..

Thank you Daisy for your review. Rovinj is a fascinating place for so many reasons and also we have been here before as tourists and now as owners. We are in love with this little world. The beauty of the place is accompanied by the sense of security that you experience living here. Life unfortunately elsewhere gets worse every day, but here you can still live without fear of terrorism or delinquency. For us, it would be a pride for us to have our guests again. The owners and the staff.

Modernes Appartement

Dear Josef, first of all thank you for the contribution given to travelers to learn about strengths and weaknesses of our apartment, we have you listed as the most suitable for the season of your holiday, in late September. We are delighted that you enjoyed the location and the apartment. We must recognize that it's all true what you wrote about the difficulty of access to the underground garage, especially for the low car with a long wheelbase. The slide is too steep and requires careful driving. Unfortunately the problem is structural. For this is our practice to notify all customers who use the garage, on how best to drive down at the parking place and also to enter the inner courtyard. We try to help the guests with our experience to avoid even the slightest damage to the car bottom. As for the beds, we can say that from next year, the most modern and comfortable mattresses will be available in memory foam. Of course we are happy to still have you as our guest.

A lovely stay in Rovinj

What a lovely place! The owner Luciano checked us in and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. He even had a nice bottle of wine waiting for us. The place was very clean and bed was comfortable. The shower area is quite small though and could be a problem for some. The place is a short walk to the port and old town. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the shower area. But otherwise a perfect stay!

Dear Anonymous. It has been a pleasure to meet even for a short time. We are delighted that you have perceived the commitment made so that, even within the structural limits of the apartment, our guests can enjoy the best of days spent in our apartment. Cleanliness, hospitality, attention, availability: these points are for us the starting point for a good stay and we are convinced that only the owners can have due sensitivity and attention to the guest. Each guest happy for us is a satisfaction beyond the monetary compensation. It means that our work and our commitment has been seen and appreciated. Thank you

Great Apartment

We had a great stay in Alessia Apartment. Maryna and her husband have been great hosts with excellent tips for Rovinj. If you have any problems, don't hesitate to contact them by mobile phone. The apartment has nice furnishings and is absolutely perfect. Opening the windows in the living room, gives you the feeling of sitting outside. Although it was very hot, the temperature inside was very good without using the air condition. You walk about 5-10 minutes to the next beach or the old town of Rovinj. We will come back. Thanks for the nice week Greetings Marco

Thanks Marco for your review. We are small and we do not have the services of a large hotel chain, but we try to offer to our customers the utmost care, a clean, quiet and comfortable apartment. We know that families who choose our structure really desire the convenience and enjoy the beauty of Rovinj forgetting car. The central location, in the most elegant residential area of Rovinj, allows you to feel like a resident for the duration of the stay. Dear Mark, we will be happy to have you with us again. See you soon.

Squisiti e disponibilissimi i proprietari. Consiglio senza dubbio questa struttura..
Response from VrboOwner on 14 Feb 2023

Ci torneremo Angelo & Lucia-Milano
Response from VrboOwner on 14 Feb 2023
Grazie Angelo e grazie Lucia.
