* The waterside development contains landscaped communal gardens and is accessible only via electronic gates, so is peaceful, private and secure.
* Inside the flat provides everything you need including fast wifi, Smart TV, washing machine, dryer and of course a dishwasher.
* Designated work desk and screen to connect to your laptop.
* Sleeps 4 over a king size and twin beds.
* Allocated parking for one car. (7kw Electric Vehicle charging available).
*Children welcome and a cot available on request.
*No pets sadly (currently, we are working on this!)

Wonderful experience, the most you can get!
This accommodation is absolutely brilliant, well organized, beautifully arranged and has many technical features that supported charging digital devices or feeling comfortable. Providing a parking space and being in walking distance to the marina, high street, shopping facilities, restaurants and pubs makes it a perfect place. Ric just makes you feel welcome supports your journey on point. Thank you for this wonderful stay.

Be careful on this one. No contact from host by phone or email advising on check in details. Arrived in Falmouth at property no host. Called 3 times left 2 messages emailed host no reply on phone or email for 3 days was in Falmouth. Stayed in another hotel. My payment has gone through and no accommodation. That can’t be right? Following up with customer support another story. Look like a good place I’m only commenting on communication

Gemütliche Wohnung in ruhiger Siedlung am Stadtrand
Gute Lage. Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gehdistanz. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge im westlichen Cornwall.
Wohnung gemütlich, stilvoll und funktionell. Küche sehr gut ausgerüstet. Einzig das Bad war zu viert etwas klein, wenig Ablagemöglichkeit.
