About this property
Serene house & garden, outstanding views across Falmouth harbour
Seabien has an elevated yet private position with outstanding views across Falmouth Harbour, Seabien is perfect for watching boats, yachts and cruise ships crossing the port. Elegantly refurbished, light, spacious, and complemented by original artworks; there is ample accommodation for four guests. Large skylights flood the property with sunlight and even on dull days the house is wonderfully light. The high barrelled ceiling in the large sitting room dining room add to the spacious effect. There is off street parking for two cars (steep drive) and steps down to the front of the house. Seabien is split level with stairs going down to the bedrooms.
Whilst quiet and secluded, Seabien is also conveniently placed for the vibrant town centre with its numerous restaurants, bars, old inns, galleries and shops and Events Square - home to The National Maritime Museum and Rick Stein's Seafood Bar. Beach lovers will adore Falmouth's four beautiful beaches, three with seasonal lifeguard patrol and two with excellent water sports facilities. Nearby gardens at Trebah, Glendurgan and Trelissick are lush and verdant with exotic plants. Keen walkers are spoilt for choice with spectacular coastal paths and glorious countryside. Pleasure boat trips depart daily from the town quay taking in the hidden creeks of the Carrick Roads or across to the pretty village of St Mawes on the Roseland Peninsula; a delightful spot to enjoy a drink or meal in one of the waterfront hotels.
Please note it is Friday to Friday booking. We do not cater for dogs or under 4s.
