Large apartment of 60m2 with two terraces of 20m2 square each with garden furniture. Sea view and beautiful exposure.

A 30m2 living room with kitchen redone in 2016. An independent master bedroom and a cabin with 2 foldaway single beds, a sofa bed, ideal for a stay with family or friends.
Maximum comfort (2 TV, Nespresso machine and classic, robot, large choice of dishes, induction hob, bath, shutter and electric banners) for this apartment well placed in the heart of the city and its shops, close to the sea, and end-of-day recreation.

You will do everything on foot.

There is no parking with the rental, but a weekly or monthly subscription is possible on the street in the green zone (directly on the parking meters).

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très propre et vraiment fonctionnel. Il n’y manque rien. Nous sommes des habitués de La Grande Motte mais c’est la première fois que nous résidons dans le centre et il est très agréable d’avoir tout à proximité (boulangerie, superette, presse…), la plage aussi même si nous allons à celle du grand tavers. Tout se fait à pied. De plus l’environnement est très calme. Rien à redire, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Séjour agréable dans appartement de standing

L'appartement est très bien situé et équipé pour recevoir une famille avec enfants de tous les âges. Les deux immenses terrasses sont certainement l'atout majeur de ce logement extrêmement bien situé, au centre de LGM. Nous avons, mes enfants et moi-même, passé un agréable séjour. Seule manquait à l'appel un connexion Internet plus que nécessaire avec des adolescents.

Bel appartement lumineux calme très bien situé et très bien équipé

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Nous sommes des habitués de la Grande Motte, mais c'était notre premier séjour au centre ville. C'est très agréable d'être à 50 m de tous les commerces et aussi très près du bord de mer.

Deuxième séjour dans cet appartement, encore mieux que la première fois ! Tout y est pour passer de bonnes vacances ! Cuisine refaite ainsi que la chambre cabine , bonne literie, terrassses plus qu'agréables ...le gardien de l'immeuble est très sympa La propriétaire n'est pas sur place mais soucieuse de vous satisfaire au mieux . En conclusion nous recommandons vivement !

Bonjour, nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. L' appartement est parfait et bien équipé! Par contre pas pu profiter des terrasses car un voisin de deux étages en dessous est venu ce plaindre du bruit . Alors que nous étions très tranquille . Dommage ce petit contre temps nous a empêché de profiter pleinement. Salutations

Très bel appartement

L'appartement est très propre et bien équipé (lave-vaisselle, machine à laver..., ce qui est appréciable en vacances). Les terrasses sont agréables, nous avons pris tous nos repas dehors. L'immeubles est très bien situé, à deux pas des commerces et à 5 min à peine de la plage et du port. Je recommande cette location (nous y étions pour la deuxième année consécutive...).

Excellent sejour !

Excellent sejour dans un appartement avec une belle piece de vie prolongée de 2 belles terrasse dont nous avons bien profitées. La situation centrale de l'appartement permet de tout faire à pied ; courses, plage restaurants et ballades en soirée dans une station balneaire qui ne manque pas d'activité. Une adresse à recommander.
