Shops in the town within walking distance: restaurants, mini-markets, pharmacy, greengrocers, wine shops, the Casino, the seafront promenade is just below the residence!<br>International golf course, tree climbing park and equestrian centre are 5 minutes away by car, kilometres of cycle paths between the pines, without cars, accessible from the apartment (the apartment gives access to a bicycle room).<br>Montpellier is 20 minutes away.<br><br>Parking at the bottom of the residence is paid with a parking metre ticket (day or week), or FREE at the Peupliers car park located 12-15 minutes walk from the apartment.
