From the villa you can enjoy a harmonious view, which, as the seasons change, gives different colours to the valley and a feeling of peace and tranquillity to your eyes. The green of the vineyards, the silver of the olive groves, and the yellow of the sunflower fields will be nourishment not only for your eyes but also for your mind, far away from the hectic everyday life.
In 2 minutes by car you can reach the small village of Alberoro where you will find shops, such as a minimarket, butcher's and bar. In the area there are several restaurants, where you can taste meat, pasta, pizza and typical Tuscan recipes, and where you can also enjoy excellent local wines. The village of Monte San Savino, on the other hand, can be reached in 10 minutes, and we certainly recommend spending a day in Arezzo (reachable in 20 minutes by car), strolling through the narrow streets of the characteristic historic centre.
The Sunny Hill villa will provide you with a large, well-kept garden, always full of flowers and plants and all to enjoy, with a swimming pool for your exclusive use (size m. 9x3.5, depth m. 1.40 - open from 01st June to 30th September) with a gazebo, sunbeds and deckchairs, a portico with access from the living area where you can enjoy your meals in the open air, a brick barbecue and a pergola with table tennis and parking space.
The interior of the villa has been realised with great care and love by the owners, with attention to detail as well as functionality and quality. The stone, brick arches, terracotta vases, ceramics, wooden floors and warm colours will make you feel at home in a cosy, intimate and comfortable atmosphere. The large kitchen and bright living area invite you to spend time there, between dinners and chats at the table with friends or family.

The owners live in the house next door, a discreet presence but always ready and happy to help and advise you with every need.
