Also grundsätzlich war die Unterkunft okay. Der Pool ist schön, die obere Anlage großzügig. Wir waren mit 2 Hunden dort, der untere Teil war leider nicht wirklich eingezäunt da das Unkraut dem Zaun nach unten gedrückt hat. Spazieren gehen mit den Hunden dort war auch schwierig, da einerseits nur ein Weg dafür da war aber in der Nachbarschaft regelmäßig zwei Hunde frei. Alles in die Jahre gekommen und viel kaputt wie Kinderstuhl, Eingangstor, fliegengitter, spiele etc. Für den Preis naja

Alles was man braucht und mehr

Wir waren zu 9. dort und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Genügen Platz, sauber, innen einfach aber alles was man braucht. Die Küche war etwas klein, aber uns störte das nicht besonders. Kaum andere Personen in der Umgebung, sodass man auch nicht allzu leise sein musste. Tee Pool und die Tischtennisplatte haben den Besuch abgerundet. Als letztes möchten wir Guiseppe danken, der immer erreichbar war und bemüht uns in allen Dingen zu helfen! Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Mann!

Wunderschönes altes Schulhaus mit toller Aussicht

Die Anfahrt war nicht so schwer wie in anderen Bewertungen beschrieben. Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden und es war alles da was man so braucht. Egal ob in der schönen Küche, in den zwei Bädern oder in den Schlafzimmern. Für ältere Personen hat es ein Schlafzimmer unten mit Bad. Der Rest unserer Familie hat oben geschlafen. Die Kinder waren total begeistert von ihrem Schlafplatz unter dem Dach mit Ausblick zu den Sternen. Der Pool ist super es gibt eine Grillstelle, Tischtennis, Terrasse

Klid, relax a krásné prostředí

Doporučuji pro rodiny s dětmi. Krásné prostředí okolo domu. Skvělý výhled a uzasny bazén. Vybavení domu dostatečné. Spodní koupelna v trochu horším stavu. WiFi většinou problémové připojení. V domě není klimatizace a v pokojích pod střechou to je poměrně znát. Pokud ale nečekáte 4* hotel je to přesně místo pro vás. Určitě se tam ještě vrátíme.

Ein tolles Haus mit fantastischem Ausblick! Toller Pool, herrliche Liegemöglichkeiten, liebevoll restauriert. Guiseppe war ein toller Gastgeber, der uns tolle Tipps zu Restaurants und Stränden gab, sich um die Sauberkeit des Pools hingebungsvoll kümmerte und uns extra Backutensilien brachte, damit wir einen Kuchen backen können. Jederzeit gerne wieder, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Weg zum Haus gewöhnungsbedürftig wegen unzähligen Kurven und steilen Straßen. Aussicht der Wahnsinn. Haus war für die Anzahl der Personen genau passend. Super war der Aufenthaltsraum mit dem langen Tisch. Der Pool war sauber, die Liegemöglichkeiten rundherum leider nicht so. Die Duschschiebetüren im unteren Bad gingen sehr schwer zu schieben. Die Größe der Bäder war super. Auch klasse war dass Babybetten ohne direkte Anfrage reingestellt worden sind. Insgesamt war das ganze Grundstück super und es gab einiges zu entdecken.

Antikes Haus mit Pool in idyllischer Lage

Wir waren 12 Personen mit 5 Kindern (3 M bis 6 J). Allen hat es gefallen. Der Pool und der Garten war tägliches Zentrum bei jedem Wetter. Zum Meer bei Catholica brauchte man ca. 35 Minuten. Die Landschaft um Gemmano ist wunderbar.

Schönes Haus weit ab vom Schuss

Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön und groß. Der Garten und das Pool perfekt für einen schönen Urlaub. Leider ist die Lage des Hauses sehr weit ab vom Schuss in einem sehr hügeligen Gebiet, in dem man sich als Tourist sehr schwer zurecht findet. Sämtliche Geschäfte sind nur mit dem Auto erreichbar.
