The Suite Sambuco with one bedroom for 2+1 guests and kitchen is one of the holiday apartments at Cuntry House ("Agriturismo" in Italian) Ca' Princivalle, in Pesaro.
Immersed in the quiet countryside near the sea and the city centre, this flat is ideal for couples or small families seeking relaxation surrounded by greenery.
Situated on the upper floor, it consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a single sofa bed, a further small bed with a low cot for a child in the entrance area - in front of the bedroom - and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a kitchen with a 4-burner cooker, a large fridge, freezer and kettle for water, and finally a large private furnished terrace with a sunshade awning.

Dating back to the 18th century, the house has been recently renovated preserving the original building elements, with exposed ceiling beams, stone walls and authentic antique furnishings. Access from the main door leads to the two flats on the first floor (one of which is Sambuco) via a short, comfortable staircase with handrails. The panoramic view over the olive grove or in the shade of the centuries-old oaks gives each accommodation an intimate and cosy atmosphere.

The swimming pool is only available to families staying at the farmhouse (max. 14 people in total).

Just a short distance away (6 km), the beaches of Pesaro can be reached either entirely by car or, once the car has been left in a free car park in the town (San Decenzio), by dedicated shuttles.
