A spacious townhome, located on the edge of historic Frisco. 1,500 square foot and very cozy. This townhome includes a gas fireplace located in the living area to keep you warm indoors, a private hot tub, and spectacular views of Buffalo Mountain. Enjoy 2 private balconies to take in the fresh mountain air and gorgeous views.

The home is situated on 3 levels, as you enter from the private heated garage or front door you will find a bench with seating and plenty of hooks for your coats and boots. The first bedroom is at the end of the hall with a queen size bed (new mattress Fall 2020), en-suite full bath, and private hot tub access through the sliding glass door. This room has been painted in the fall of 2020.

The first floor is dedicated to living space, a large living room exits to the first balcony furnished with wicker love seat and chairs at the front of the home. The living room has been updated with all new furniture, large smart flat screen TV, and new luxury wood vinyl flooring throughout the living level (Fall 2020). There is a gas fireplace to warm you up after a long day out in this winter wonderland. The kitchen and dining area are on this level too. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. There is a balcony outside of dining area with a gas grill. A private washer/dryer and powder room complete this level.

The second floor is dedicated to the private master suite with queen size bed and en-suite full bath. This room also enjoys a small private balcony off the rear of the home. New mattress installed Fall 2020. Outside of the master has a rocking chair that overlooks the living area for reading or relaxing.

With just a short drive to downtown Frisco, a quaint, historic mining town with exceptional dining and shopping opportunities, and just miles away from 6 of Colorado’s World Class Ski Resorts (Just 7 miles from Copper Mountain Ski Resort, 9 miles from Breckenridge and Keystone Ski Resorts, 13 miles from Arapahoe Basin Ski Area, 19 miles from Loveland Ski Area, and 23 miles from Vail Ski Resort) you are centrally located in the heart of Summit County. Lake Dillon and the paved Summit County Recreation Path are less than a half mile from the town home.

Nice and cozy townhome

The townhome was great, good location and value. Check in 4 pm was later than we would have liked but fine. Beds were a bit stiff, that’s the only negative we had. Location is great, in Frisco close to The ski areas. Heated garage was very nice as well. Bedrooms on thirds and bottom floor so with little kids may have been hard but was fine for us. Cozy auto gas fireplace was nice too.

Cozy, Well-Appointed Home Away from Home

I highly recommend this townhouse. We loved staying at this property. The living room was perfect for catching up with friends at our annual reunion. We also enjoyed the outside space. We did wish there were a couple more chairs on the balcony facing the meadow, but we managed to pull out a couple kitchen chairs so we all fit. Everything was extremely clean, and check in and check out were a breeze.

Good but several inconveniences

We mostly enjoyed our stay but we did have several little inconveniences that effected our overall experience of this property. The second day we lost hot water. We sent an email and someone came out the next day and fixed the broiler issue. That was handled quickly and we appreciated it but it did cause some issues with us not being able to shower that night or following morning. The master shower had standing water up to a few inches by the end of a shower, which was frustrating. About halfway into the week, workers came to sand and repaint the complex’s deck. During these days, they removed the outdoor furniture so we couldn’t use that space and the hot tub was covered by their cloth and rocks so we couldn’t use it. That was 3 of our 6 days and prior to this happening we enjoyed our coffee on that deck so we were annoyed not to be able to use it. Two days before we left, the coffee pot stopped dripping. So we had to waste the coffee and creamer we purchased and go out for coffee the last two days of the trip. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
