The place itself is GREAT, I would stay again in a heartbeat. The location is great, peaceful. And parking is right near the unit. However, the property is not streamlined or well managed, and I fear it will slowly decline. Many places w le stay you can tell the owner or manager is very experienced and has all the little things done. At this place NONE of the "details" are in place. Tons of potential with more attention to detail. Example. There are heated tile floors with controls in each bathroom. Zero instructions or documentation. Steam shower controller. Zero documentation or instructions. One of the bathrooms has almost NO lighting because it has some fancy lighting system with no instructions (or it's broken). Water leaks out of the dishwasher and the shower door. Lots of little things. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again for sure, but some people would probably be rubbed the wrong way.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Disliked: Communication
The price is right
Property dated and worn with several malfunctions - steam shower doesn’t work, fireplace doesn’t work. Main sofa in sitting room is skeevy. There were no forks in the kitchen. None. Surprisingly hard to eat without a fork. On the plus side, much respect for the cleaning crew. Spotless, bar the levy couch.

Thank you for taking the time to share your valuable feedback. We sincerely apologize for the maintenance issues you had and, most of all, for the lack of communication from us. Please know that this is not the typical standard our guests can expect, and when issues occur, we make every effort to resolve them quickly and efficiently. Our local team is aware of all your concerns, and we will follow up to ensure that all your concerns will be resolved. We hope to have the opportunity to better serve you in the future.
Great location, good for three. Lots of little kitchen and bath extras. But they need more dishes and wine glasses, only 2. The couches are worn and fabric frayed ripped. They have a safety issue with living room carpet, so much we put a chair so we would not trip. Main bed room couch needs replacement. Also not enough pillow case covers so had to use a sheet to cover bare pillow. Small things TLC but a nice place. Finally family photos in bathroom was a bit much. Too many family photos.

Overall the home itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location with convenient proximity to Keystone Resort. From a comfort and location standpoint, it met our expectations. However, we experienced a very concerning situation during our stay. One day after returning from skiing, we found an unannounced and unidentified individual inside the property. We had received no prior notification that anyone would be entering the home. At the time, we had no idea who this person was or why they were there, which was both alarming and unsettling. I informed the staff at that time and they mentioned that they documented this incident but did nothing further. All of our personal belongings were inside, and without any communication from the owner or property manager, the situation felt unsafe and unprofessional. Our possessions could have been stolen. Only after we inquired with the individual himself (was not told by the owner or property manager) did we learn that this individual had been sent by the owner to complete repairs. Regardless of the reason, guests should always be notified in advance if someone will be entering the property during their stay. While the property itself is great, the lack of communication and disregard for guest privacy significantly impacted our experience. Clear notice and consent for entry are basic expectations when you’ve paid to stay in a private accommodation.
