This two story (plus loft) mountain home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms sleeping 8 across 1 King bed, 1 queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a twin daybed with a trundle. It features vaulted ceilings and huge windows perfect for taking in the breathtaking mountain views and allowing for tons of natural light. There is both a second story balcony and a back deck with outdoor seating. This vacation rental has tasteful finishes throughout. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood flooring. Plus all three bathrooms are updated. There is also a private garage to keep your vehicle out of the elements. You also get access to the Cabins in the Pines shared amenities including two hot tubs and outdoor seating just steps from your front door.
With beautiful decor and wood throughout, you truly get the feel of a mountain home. When you enter the unit you will find yourself in the “mud area” which features a closet, bench, and mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. Head upstairs to the main level where you will find the open-concept living room, dining room and kitchen. The living area features a gas fireplace, mounted 4k smart TV and ample seating. Large windows allow for natural light to stream in and the sliding door leads out to the private balcony. On the balcony, you're treated to outdoor seating and panoramic mountain views. There is also additional outdoor seating on the back deck which can be accessed via the sliding door past the dining area.
The updated full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors. The dining area seats eight and there is seating for three more at the breakfast bar. The main floor guest bathroom is just off the living area. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Above the kitchen you will find the ladder accessed loft area which offers a twin daybed with a trundle and a mounted 4k smart TV. This area makes for the perfect hangout for the little ones! Head back down stairs and you will find the private full sized laundry on your right in the hallway closet. For your convenience, laundry detergent is provided.
The primary bedroom is straight ahead at the end of the lower level hallway. It features a King sized bed, set with plenty of storage, mounted 4k smart TV and en suite bathroom. The updated bathroom has a walk-in shower with tile surround and a granite countertop vanity.
The first guest bedroom is just across the hall and features a queen-sized bed, window and closet. The second guest bedroom offers a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Additional sheets and blankets are in the closet. The guest bathroom on this level has a single sink, granite countertop vanity and a shower/tub combination.
**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest's arrival.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance.
