If you love Brixham, but not the steep climbs and difficult parking, this is the house for you. It's within a two minute walk of the Marina but protected from the noise and bustle of the working fishing port. 3 Ocean Gate is one of only four townhouses recently built to a high standard in the sought after Berry Head Road area of Brixham ,with private gated access this mid terrace property comprises of four bedrooms with one ensuite and one family bathroom, and spacious open plan kitchen/diner and sitting room. Tri-fold doors open out onto a patio ideal for al fresco dining.

Parking is in a secure garage underneath. A visitor parking space, when available, is shared between the four houses.

The property is accessed via a short flight of steps from either Heath Road or Berry Head Road, making it an ideal property for those who love Brixham but are not keen on steps! A short couple stroll has you in the heart of town, so park up your car and enjoy your break.

The Entrance Hall has ample space for coats. Off this is the Cloarkroom.with WC.

Stairs from the ENTRANCE HALL lead up to the first floor landing BEDROOM 2 Spacious double with windows affording views over Heath Road.

BEDROOM 3 Good sized twin room with window to rear elevation affording pretty views of the surrounding coloured cottages.

BEDROOM 4 Single room with window to the rear.

FAMILY BATHROOM Fully fitted stylish suite in white comprising low level w.c., bath with Triton electric shower over and glazed shower screen, pedestal wash hand basin with mirror over, part tiled walls and fully tiled floor. Heated towel rail, shaver point.

Carpeted stairs continue up to the second floor with oak door opening to:MASTER BEDROOM SUITE. A very spacious room complete with large ENSUITE SHOWER ROOM and glorious sea glimpses and views over the marina,across the Breakwater and out over Tor Bay. The room also benefits from two additional roof lights ensuring this is a very bright and airy space with the added benefit of a walk-in wardrobe with light. The Super-King bed can be split into two singles.

Oakdoor to: ENSUITE SHOWER ROOM comprising a large fully tiled walk-in shower with glazed shower screen and a rain water shower head as well as an adjustable shower fitting. Double wash hand basins with contemporary grey style cupboards underneath,fitted shelving units, fitted wall mirror and shaver point. With the grey heated towel ladder and matching floor tiles and the large double glazed roof light this is a very light and bright stylish space. Spotlights, extractor fan and AIRING CUPBOARD with radiator and shelving.

OUTSIDE Paved PATIO area to the rear with lighting ideal for al fresco dining and entertaining.
GARAGE parking underneath the building with access from Berry Head Road and visitor parking spaces via Heath Road (shared with the other three houses).

Ocean Gate 3 is in a superb location , please note steps up from garage , great size house , very clean with all you need , and decorated for Christmas very good , plus having a garage to put car in is a bonus , just brill .

3 Ocean gate = 11 out of ten
What can you say about Ocean gate ? But brilliant everything there what you need , the master bedroom on the top floor might not be for anyone who has difficulty with stairs , but well worth the effort. Plenty of cutlery and crocs , plenty of pots pans if you want to cook, and if you cook there is a dishwasher. Plus off road parking in the garage , I would just say you can close the garage door from inside but you can't open , I don't think. Apart from that Ocean gate is very good, we will be back .

A home from home
We are a family of 6 and we found 3 Ocean Gate plenty big enough and a superb holiday home for exploring Brixham and the surrounding area. Having the parking space is a real bonus for us but having two cars was sometimes difficult, but that's an issue whenever you stay in Brixham. The rooms are a great size with every creature comfort you can think of. The only one complaint is that of the bed in the master, it's very hard and not that easy to sleep in. BUT everything else was spot on. Thank you for such a great stay and providing a superb house in a wonderful location. We will hopefully be back again.
